I got my oil changed. They have great customer service and didn't have to wait. I was in and out in about 30 minutes at the most. I didn't have to have an appointment. Definitely a great experience.

Terrible treatment and disrespect!! They put me on the schedule for a Thursday to have a starter put on. Friday afternoon at closing it still hadn’t been touched. I asked Brian nicely what was up and he said “I tell you what, I’ll put your starter in your floor board and you can come get it”. Then hung up on me and would not take any calls. I had to pay to get it towed there and then paid again to get it towed to another mechanic that got it right in. There is a reason why their lot is full of cars, it’s because they can’t get anything done on time. Don’t take your vehicle there!!

Really like Brian. He is very honest with you. He changed my transmission which fixed my car. I continue to go see him for oil changes in both cars.

Brian always works with me as I am a veteran on a very limited budget. Great service at reasonable prices and gets ya done quick!!! No waiting weeks or months with this bunch... can't say enough awesome things about them

Took car in to get it fixed. Yes they fixed it but they were extremely rude when i called back and was only trying to ask why the car was still smoking and asked why it was more money than what was originally agreed upon. I can understand maybe having a long day but there was no reason to be rude for simply asking what they did. Which was not addressed on the bill.

I have used Sherfeys for yrs and yrs..... I can't say enough about this business they honestly treat you like family.... Brian is the most honest as they come which means alot these days..... This is a true story many yrs ago I had a mustang gas tank had a leak dealer said $500 bucks Sherfey Shell drained it fixed it for under $20 I knew then Honest people..... Brian has kept my 91 blazer that I have owned for 20 yrs running like a new one..... I can't say enough about this place!!!!
