My daughter hit a deer. The insurance company assigned this shop to fix her car. It sat at the shop for around 2 and a half months before they fixed it. She had to pay $300 a week for a car rental while they had her car. I called the shop and he said they had a 3 month wait. Why did he even take the car?!!!

I am going to use their quote and have them do the work. The owner went into detail with me in a way which I totally could understand. I would definitely recommend them !!!

I hit a dear an they was suppose to fix everything in stead they put a used part on my car an it was broke an they didn't back it up I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed an the insurance company sent them a check instead of sending it to me .. I had it fixed by someone else an an the owner took an cashed that check an stoled my money.. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one..

When we rear ended a vehicle and caused extreme damage to the front of our car, we looked around and called several shops in the area. Shaw's was the only place that gave us an accurate time frame of getting to the work on our vehicle. They got the adjuster out quickly and gave us our estimate right away. They are very nice and transparent with what they do and extremely honest. We're so grateful to have our vehicle fixed by this shop!
