So, my husband and I decided recently to buy a couple rabbits from here, different days, both died within 72hrs of purchasing. Neither would eat or poop the entire time. I tried doing everything the vet recommended, nothing worked. They were both determined to have GI Stasis, caused by improper diets and foreign objects being fed, such as corn and popcorn. It's well known that people throw in popcorn which causes issues, however the store IS USING CRUSHED CORN COBS FOR BEDDING! Meanwhile, trying to get a refund was a hassle and a half, not to mention being talked down to by a woman from farm. She felt she needed to say that from now on, all purchases of rabbits are final. Trust me, I won't waste another dime on rabbits that come with no health guarantee nor refund. 3 days is absurd! Who sells sick rabbits??? The new employees don't pay attention to the animal welfare. Who can't notice that a rabbit is sick when you're around them for hours? When I worked there, we were practically screamed at if we walked off to even use the bathroom!
Please, go somewhere else for your rabbits, find a reputable breeder or even a pet store that offers some kind of health guarantee. Buy at your own risk!
Also, it says on the bag of bedding that excessive ingestion may cause serious injury to an animal. It speaks of horses, now imagine how a miniscule amount could affect a small rabbit. Pine pellets were used in the past, they probably switched to this garbage to save money...

I went to rural King and bought a saw had the rural King warranty had problems with the bar when I first brought it took it back to try to get the bar fixed and a new chain was put on it instead of a bar had problems getting them to replace the bar so I went with stihls warranty and took it to a different place and got the chain and bar replaced they come up with every excuse to not replace the bar on my new saw so what good is the rural King warranty if you can't use it

Decent place. Some of the employees don't know how to handle their baby chicks/ducks. Several customers have complained about buying multiple chicks/ducks during their buy 1 get 1 sale and had chicks die due to mishandling. I personally had 1 chick die. I just chalked it up to the baby chick was already sick but don't really know.
I have bought baby chicks from TSC without issue and from a place called 4R with the same results as TSC. Just never know what ya gonna get.
