He took time to explain everything and even came in the rv to bleed the lines for me. And then I woke up this morning and the heat wasn't on. When I called to ask about getting the tank filled the lady I spoke with was super nice. She said it was Friday and they were really busy today but would try to squeeze me in and if not it would be Monday. It wasn't even 30 min later and the man was here to fill the tank. I have had a very delightful experience with the whole company. Thank you! The corporate world needs more employees like you guys.”
“Stacey is always caring and does her best to help when I need her. I love going to this office just to have that face to face with someone and she doesn't lock her door on me like my previous company did when they ran out of gas.”

“Update: I received a call from Sunny with UPG this morning, FEB 23. She was extremely helpful and understanding. It made me feel like a person instead of just another customer to pay UPG. She listened to my story and took it to her superiors and called me back in a short time. They have resolved my problem and made a note that MP will fill our tank when we call regardless of how much is in the tank and they will not charge the low usage fee. Thank you Sunny and UPG!!!We had our tank delivered and set up by Auburn Propane over 25 years ago. We only use propane as a supplemental heat source and obviously made that known before this old tank was delivered. There were many goof ups after they were bought out by UPG and transferred our service to Mammoth Propane. I always got a summer fill up with top offs when a truck was in the area. A few years ago I was told we didnt qualify. In 2021 MP called me wanting us to get a summer fill up and I told him I was told we didn't qualify. He said there had been a change in management and we could get a summer fill. They came out, filled the tank and I paid them on the spot. Last summer, 2023, I called and was told we couldn't get a fill until the tank was 20 or 30 percent. In early Feb they came and filled the tank. On Feb. 21 I received a letter that we would be charged $199 for a low use fee and if I chose to cancel service there would be a $300 pump out fee for the gas we have paid for. The letter cried inflation making them do this. Like everone isn't affected by inflation. This company is big business as usual only caring about money. Find a better company if you need propane.”
