I rented a huge U Haul truck from here. It was about $80 for 24 hours.
The staff was helpful and very nice. A good experience over all.

I went today just get quotes for a unit. I was told that it's closed between 12am and 5am. The lady told me at the counter that no good comes from anyone accessing their unit at those hours even with all the cameras. I work 3rd shift and ride my bike. Poor customer service skills. You want to get paid but have control like a maximum security prison. No thanks better business in Glasgow for renting storage units if anyone reads this

The lady in the office was very helpful and quick. She even helped the customer before me hook up their car onto a tow dolly. She explained every step to them as well as myself. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve gotta say they are the best storage buildings around barren county if you ask me they respect their customers EVERYTIME do what they can to help you get your things packed and unpacked. And as long as you don’t ignore them they work with you on the late payments if you have one cause they understand life happens.

We showed up 10 mins before this placed wanting to rent a uhaul from this place and this lady not only did not want to rent from us but started cussing us out for even stopping by. Told us she was going to call the law on us because we stipped by. Never ever do businees here. She will be reported to the BBB.

Great people, Nice, clean and new. secure fence and password protected. easy online direct payments and very cost friendly. needs a little more finish gravel work but cant complain.
