Great service, fast and efficient. I have had nothing but good service from here. Not only are they accommodating but also reliable and they won't break your bank. I read where there have been some misfires with other people and I can't explain why, I just know they have doine whatever work I've needed with no problem.

Went in a year ago for a coil pack done amazing went today to change a sensor not only did they change it but they aired my tires for me and I can’t say this enough these people are awesome !!

Paid to have my vehicle aligned they took it to their shop for about 30 min then brought it back and it was pulling to the right pretty bad so we went back immediately to let them know, the mechanic laughed and went down the road with my husband and said it's fine. Had to go somewhere else for the alignment and pay a second time. It's all good now but not because of this shop. I won't be back for anything else.
Editing to add: we didn't want the mechanic working on it because the first time he said it was fixed and the second time he was laughing at us. We didn't want someone who was laughing at us to pretend to do the alignment again. Another person I know said that they caught him taking their car to the second shop and did nothing and lied about it and they said he probably just took our veh to the shop and watched TV then brought it back to them. Bottom line is we went 2 times for sale issue and had to pay another shop to do the same job your mechanic was supposed to do.

Got my bulbs fixed on my Cadillac. Which is a pretty hard car to navigate but they did it quick and with ease.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. My husband had his truck worked on here TWICE and it drove fine for a few days and then the same issue was occuring. (Shaking, vibrating, and sounding like something was grinding) Turns out after another mechanic came to look at it, the wheel bearing is messed up, the wheel is wobbling so bad like it's about to fall off, so the speed sensor cannot tell how fast the tire is going so it's activating the analog brakes. My husband paid a good chunk of money for them to fix this. The second time he went back they had the nerve to tell him he owed an "inspection fee" after he took it back there because of something THEY did not fix and before that they told him he also needed something else fixed and it was going to be over $700. My husband refused because he knew what they were talking about was not an issue like they were making it out to be. My husband is VERY knowledgeable about cars but works a lot and does not have the time to work on them on his own. He knows what he's talking about. This place is a scam and I DO NOT recommend you take your vehicle here. We noticed this issue happening again about an hour and a half from home. This could have caused a serious accident. This place is a scam. Please save yourself the trouble and find a better mechanic.

My husband and I were on our way to Pennsylvania from Texas and my water pump went out once we got to Kentucky. Nines got us in same day and got us back on the road in a couple hours. I’m so grateful for this shop. They also did an extensive diagnostic before we left to make sure the issue was completely fixed and my car was safe to drive. We got to Pennsylvania with no issues. A BIG thanks to Nines automotive for taking care of us!

I had asked if they could specifically change the gaskets around the spark plugs and they did the valve cover gasket but left out the spark plugs which I don't understand why if they all come in a pack together. Paid too well for not getting fixed

They have always treated me well, and even took special care of me one day when I needed a last minute oil change before leaving for a funeral. I'll continue to use them and recommend them to friends.

Call for an oil change told me to come up there I come up there the lady behind the counter tells me a lie says they can't do the oil change cuz she's got to send people to Tennessee to pick up tires I leave call back 15 minutes later by mistake ask if they can do an oil change she says yes come on up ask me what my name is told her Kurt she said no she ain't doing the oil change somehow they had me flagged in the system because the owner the last time I was there said I need it my transmission fluid changed when I just changed my transmission fluid a month earlier got real nasty with me told me to leave and don't ever come back worst customer service ever refusing service to me and my wife don't go there strangest people I ever met
