RUN! DO NOT WALK! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!Either they are scammers or they have zero idea what they are doing. Called my house wanting payment yet could not tell me what for, or provide a bill. Just pay us now! When I go there and ask for itemized bill, it includes things I never received, or authorized. "oh well, let me ask my manager". But the manager was nowhere to be found. They made several"calls" but no one seemed to know what to do. If the goal was to get me to leave, it worked. I never want to do business with them again. Save yourself the headache and find ANYONE else for your CPAP supplies.

Terrible customer service. The manager in the office must have been having a bad day. He was cursing at a UPS driver about dropping off in the front instead of the back. Then proceeded to take it out on me. He actually ask me "did I not have a local home health supply company in my hometown I could use instead of Lincare". My answer was no because I'm from a small town and had always dealt with Lincare. I should have turned around and left and took my business elsewhere.
