Went for a girls day. From out of town visiting relatives. Told the 3 of us it would be 35 to 45 minutes. We were going to leave and come back but they told us to sit in the pedicure chairs and soak. Kept taking more and more customers instead of finishing with the ones there they jumped from person to person. We arrived at 330pm. I was last to finish and it was 7pm when we were done. Made my neices fingers bleed, barely did her pedicure. My "spa" pedicure, no massage, barely scrubbed my feet. My other neices nails are barely polished and a chip in one of her nails. She never did my cuticle or filed my nails. I paid $81 for the sloppiest, rude service I have ever received. I just wanted to be finished. Would never go back.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. this place was a real shocker, i thought being from a small town that going to a bigger town would have better skill and boy was i more than wrong. I was a walk in, i arrived around 1:15 and waited around for 3 HOURS. the customer service was horrible. i then finally got serviced, i asked for a simple fill in and french tip, and to my surprise i should’ve asked for anything else, my nails were crooked, and looked absolutely awful, there was smeared paint all over them which they didn’t bother to clean off, none of them are cut even close to the same shape. but the real kicker was how long i sat in the chair waiting for my nail tech to come back, when she finally came back she explained to me about how her lunch upset her stomach and someone else ended up getting their pedicure done so they got pushed above me in line. after all this, i then explained to them it was not at all what i was wanting and asked them to redo them, i waited another 30 mins for them to repaint them, i asked for all white this time because obviously french tip was way to hard for them. the lady who redone them was again very rude towards me and my boyfriend, they have lumps in them as if they weren’t cured correctly, and they don’t go back to my cuticle. overall not a good experience and would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.Service: Acrylic nails
