First time using h&r block. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend. Very unprofessional. No clue what they are doing just clicking and typing numbers, getting them wrong. They provide no help fixing the issues as well.

Nancy Witcher has done my taxes for years, and she herself is fantastic!! Great experience, and full peace of mind concerning accuracy are wonderful things!! My one and only complaint with the company is the price! I mean, over 400 bucks for a simple 1040EZ return that I can do myself, online, in ten minutes, for free?!?!?! That is an insanely exorbitant price! That issue needs to be addressed. And quickly. That price is simply too high to pay! Other than that, great. Fast, professional, accurate service with a guarantee, all of that, simply unparalleled. But come on, guys, get those prices under control!!!
