Stopped by this afternoon to get a small storage unit (climate controlled) for an urgent situation. Holly was pleasant, polite and very helpful. She knew her “stuff”! The contract process went smoothly. Asked to see a couple of different unit sizes and there was no issue! Units were clean, good security. Thx!

I was physically and verbally assaulted by another tenant at this facility and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE!!! Safety should be a given with cameras and a locked gate for entrance. They saw a gentleman chest bump me twice on cameras, they saw me getting verbally harassed by 7 people already inside the gate and saw several more enter after the altercation happened and not one single thing was done because ( they were friends of the manager and her assistant). I personally fear for everyone that rents a unit there because if you were to go inside your unit and something worse happens to you nothing will be done then either.
Was told I could NOT obtain a copy of the surveillance video , I was told ( by city cops) that because it was NOT. a domestic assault and they were not present and supposedly did not see it on camera they couldn’t do anything but charge the person with a simple assault and it was not worth my time.
When you have a manager that is friends with these types of people this kind of stuff will continue to happen. I was told by the manager herself that they were ( her friends). I personally don’t have or want friends that would physically or verbally attack anyone much less at my job. What kind of friends would come to your job and verbally and physically attack anyone????? One of the individuals was supposedly a veteran?!?! Well I for one know that once you become a member of the armed forces you are sworn to uphold the law, protect people not verbally assault them then call your momma to come take care of me????? Yes 7-8 already verbally abusing me then called for more to come and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE!!!
DO BETTER PEOPLE! IT IS NOT OK FOR ANYONE TO BE VERBALLY OR PHYSICALLY ABUSED BY YOUR FRIENDS!!!!
