GPC is wonderful. The staff is professional yet you feel like you are among friends. If I am having a problem I am always comfortable asking one of the pharmacist. I highly recommend Glasgow Prescription Center!

Best drugstore to go to in Glasgow or surrounding areas. I've been doing business with them for 40 + years. Never had any problems with them.All I have to do is let them know any needs I have and they make sure it's taken care of. Best employees, always kind and nice.They make sure I get the best medicines for best price they can.I wouldn't take a million dollars to go any else.Thank you for being so good to your customers. cbchristensen

Work in progress and I hope they improve. As of now, we've had a few bad experiences with my CPAP supplies. Tonya was rude the other day and told me the mask I was asking for was never put ony chart. I don't work there and I don't know why it wasn't put in my chart but they had given it to me and I took it in today to get another one of it. She also gave me the wrong filter yesterday. Why? Poor service.

I need everyone to recognize Josh and Kay yall they were so generous when my baby girl was sick and meds were called in 5 min before closing and he didn't rush or make me feel bad for them staying over I felt very comfortable and they were so nice he walked me through every step of this medications use and any questions I had was answered we shared a few laughs but I want to say thank you to them both for staying and getting my babygirl the medication she needed and by doing a great job with customer service and making me a very happy customer I left very happy when I left so shout out to you both Thank you ? I have sleep apnea, and I had an appointment with my doctor March 7, 2022. My doctor faxed my orders for a new machine that day because the motor is not working properly. She said if I hadn’t heard from them in a couple of days, to call them and her to let them know. I did. The pharmacy said they didn’t have the orders, so I called the doctor’s office and they said they faxed them again. I then called the pharmacy to verify they got the orders. I called back a couple of days to see how things were going. They rudely told me it is a process and they were billing my insurance and then I’d be on a waiting list. Fine, I understand. Fast forward to today. Almost three weeks and I was told by pharmacy they didn’t have orders. She then proceeded to tell me that her supervisor said that they didn’t make the machines anymore and they would be glad to fax my orders somewhere else. Such a waste of time. Not only do I have sleep apnea, but multiple sclerosis and those two conditions together are deadly. My machine is working at a pressure of one and it should be 14. No one cares!!!! Could they not have told me this three weeks ago so that I could have looked elsewhere? How about a loaner? I don’t understand how they don’t have them when they are for sale online. I may have to do that, but I pay my insurance policy. I would highly recommend you do NOT put your trust in this pharmacy, especially if you have elderly loved ones. If I could give this place negative infinity, I would.

I'm going out of town in the morning & forgot to get my daughter's prescription refilled, so after attempting to contact our normal pharmacy & realizing they were closed, I went over here attempting to see if they'd refill her prescription for her & they happily did so & very quickly at that! Garrett was wonderful & a joy to work with. After learning that you also deliver, we'll probably be switching over to you for all our family needs. I love it pharmacy, but you guys have better, more convenient hours & again, the service was great!! I'm very impressed!!

Most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever encountered!!! My Dr sent them a prescription for my CPAP machine. When I called a week later to check on the status, I was told that they WOULD NOT get this order from my Dr filled. I work in Glasgow and have an address there and an address at my primary residence a few counties away. The manager stated that I need to have it filled elsewhere because Glasgow wasn't my primary residence even though I live there most of the time. I will be reporting them!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR YOUR MEDICAL SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT! This is the worst place in the world to get your home medical equipment. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional. They don't keep accurate records for the financial/billing part, they overcharge for their products. And if you get behind on any bill, instead of calling you they show up at your home, threaten your relatives and lie about their employees and the phone calls that they reportedly make to collect. Then stand behind the employees that do such a crappy job. This includes the owner of the medical supply area. He speaks to you and treats you like your an idiot and is very condescending to you.

I would not recommend purchasing a recliner lift chair from Glasgow Prescription. First off, it is highly overpriced and most importantly (or frustrating I should say) they don't have a return policy. Maybe it was in the documents I signed, but this no return policy was never verbalized to me. What really disappoints me about Glasgow Prescription is that we had the chair less than a week before my mother was placed in hospice and other places would have taken it back. I recommend purchasing from Ashley furniture or Van Home Care as they have a return policy on recliner lifts...or maybe they just care about customer service and customer retention. I am highly disappointed in Glasgow Prescription as they should have at least looked at the chair for any damage. I highly recommend purchasing medical equipment elsewhere; there are other, more better options in the Glasgow area.

I love Glasgow Prescription Center. I went to another local pharmacy for 45 years. I had a motorcycle wreck and my local pharmacy had a new tech the day that I came home. I needed a way to get around as well as to use the restroom. The place that I knew for all of my life would not help me. Yes if I had called the owner it may have been different. Instead I called Josh explained my situation who my primary care doctor was. Josh the greatest stated yes that he would help me. I only knew him from coming in to the old location purchasing things as well as bugging him for allergy medication. It was almost closing time that day. I spoke with Bryant Boston as well as Malissa Stephen's. They were the nicest people ever. It was closing time for them but they didnt let me know. They sent out the kindest guys a Randall Norris and a Mr. Vance that was to my house within minutes. It was more than a blessing. People I barely knew went out of the way to help me. I had rode home from Nashville so I can't tell you or anyone how desperate that I was as well as hurting and needing to use the bathroom. These people from Glasgow Prescription Center came to my rescue. The next day I switched all of my prescriptions to that pharmacy. When I was at my worst and most desperate they came through for me and was nothing but kind, considerate, caring, friendly, and fast. Since then as I previously stated. I switched my prescriptions to them and they are the best. I felt guilty at 1st as I said that for 45 years that I had gone another place. The old pharmacy called apologies but when I was in the most pain of my life, scared and needed help that it what I got from Glasgow Prescription Center. People that was kind, considerate, compassionate, as well as fast. I was in so much pain from the ride and in desperate need. I could never praise them enough. I was a very independent person so I had never been in such a state of need. Words can't explain to anyone how thankful that I am for them that day.
