$200 diagnostic fee to determine it was a starter that needed replaced. I told them it needed replaced before it got there. Then $2000 to replace the starter. Absolutely ridiculous. I bought a brand new starter and had a local repairman install it for a total of $320. Don’t have to worry about me bringing a vehicle there to be worked on. Robbery.

By far some of the best priced vehicles in the area. They got a new sales team that goes above and beyond for customers. 4-5 years ago may have been a different vibe inside their showroom. However, they have changed things around for the better now.

I just bought a brand-new 2024 Mustang GT Premium today, and Gillie Hyde made the entire process easy and enjoyable!Mary, the salesperson I worked with, had my initial paperwork prepared for an easy and quick experience when I arrived to sign today, and the car was ready for me with a full tank of gas! I’ve had enjoyable times with car salespeople previously (this is my 4th Mustang purchase), but none as pleasant as working with Mary. She made this purchase, including my trade-in, the best it could possibly be, and she was prepared to answer any question I had regarding my new vehicle! If you need a great new or used vehicle, go see her; you’ll be glad you did!Savanna, who works in their clean up department, had the Mustang in pristine condition! I’ve previously purchased three other Mustangs from different dealerships, but I’ve never picked one up from the dealership that gleamed and shined more than this one! Having seen it before she took care of it, I can tell you she worked her magic to get it looking showroom-perfect!When it was time to sign the final contract, Michael, the manager, made the process a breeze! He went through all the details of the sale, and soon enough I was ready to go in my new car!I wouldn’t consider purchasing a vehicle anywhere else now that I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing the top-notch service and hospitality at Gillie Hyde Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram!

This was the most positive, car buying experience I've ever had. I was met at my car by Mary, who was excited to discuss what "my needs" were in a vehicle. But, not before asking about me and getting to know.... me. She worked with her Sales Manager, Michael, to get me the best possible deal on my Ecospost Titanium. When every other dealership said "NO", Gillie Hyde said yes. Not to a older model vehicle, but a new one. The compassion this team showed me was impeccable. They treated me like family. From driving onto the lot, working out a deal, test driving, trade in value on my vehicle, prepping my vehicle to take home and financing, you won't find a better team anywhere. They put my needs above their own in every aspect of the sale. Things went so great, that 3 days later, my Daughter went to Gillie Hyde and purchased her own new vehicle. If you are looking for top quality service from a team who truly cares, go see Mary, Michael and their team at Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. You will be so happy you did! I couldn't be more happy with my vehicle purchase!

Positive experiences all around. I have seen a few posts on social media of customers saying how bad their experiences were, which is why I decided to write this. DONT listen to them! They never tell their side of things. This goes for any business. I have several friends/family members who have purchased here & they have nothing but good things to say as well. The sales team is great, the managers are great. 100% recommend.

Went here to buy a car a couple years back and it’s one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve had. The cars shown to me were within my budget but way overpriced for what they were. One was a Metro hatchback with no rear view mirror, a paper plate in the floor, and a muffler hanging down to the pavement. They wanted at least three times KBB value on it. Another was an S10 that was previously owned by a very large man and the seat was as far back as possible with the adjustment latch broken off the seat. The salesman (Jason) said that I could buy some vice grips to fix the seat and also didn’t think to inform me of a mechanical issue with the S10 I learned about later from another salesman.Speaking of salespeople, I know of two former employees of questionable repute. One would call my former workplace and make up problems on his orders to get free food. If he didn’t have an order he could manipulate, he would demand employee discounts. The other one moved out of state to avoid criminal charges here in Kentucky.Then there’s the telephone calls you get. If you call and ask about one of the vehicles on their lot, expect phone calls from their sales staff for the next three months. And no, telling them you aren’t interested won’t change anything.
