Kaylee was the best and most friendly car salesperson I’ve met. She was sweet, on time, went above and beyond to make sure the car I wanted to take home that day was ready for me squeezing it into the shop to make sure everything is good to go. Mike the finance guy he’s outstanding also can’t remember his last name but he also has a Jeep! Great place to buy a car!

Ashley at Gillie Hyde doesnt forget a potential customer.... in july of 23 i was considering a new mustang. I told her what i wanted. she didnt try to push anything on me. Here it is 9 months later and they finally get something that matches my requirements.. She texts me. Although i havent bought yet, it says a lot for Ashley that she rememebred me and kept me in mind. Rest assured, if Gillie Hyde has something i want, Its Ashley that is getting my business

I dealt with Stuart Smith and had the BEST experience possible! He was so patient with Mr, and helped me find the deal possible even after I said no to the first deal he didn't give up and kept searching until he found me something I could afford and my car is so nice!!

By far the best prices , with a great selection of inventory. They have really taken the initiative to making a better reputation! They have got almost a totally new sales team, that is truthful and actually tries to help instead of just going after the sale!!

Buyers be Very Cautious of this place!!!! I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and these guys Especially the finance manager Mike ran my credit through at least 8 banks and of course that affected my credit negatively. Didn't ask or tell me just did it ? So if you value your credit I would Stay Away from this place !!! Just a friendly warning to future car buyers.

This has been one of the BEST experiences I have had! I had a 2005 Crown Vic that I traded in for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata! Gillie Hyde Auto Group Gave me the best offer for my trade! And I got to take home a GAS SAVER! I Love this Dealership! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I wont let my kids or grand kids buy a car from here. The sales manager refused to finance any vehicle for me, except a Ford focus that was the same price as the vehicle I wanted, at the time. I told him I did not want a Ford because I have had bad luck with Ford vehicles in the past. Anyways, he financed the focus and it broke down on me in a couple of months and neither gillie hyde or the Ford motor company would do anything about it. The diagnostic report showed that the clutch had been leaking before I bought the car, which caused permanent damage to the transmission. Left my credit mangled and I have 20,000 dollars worth of debt to fix now!

Edit: I will bump my rating up to a 3 because they called me after the first review to see if they could make it right. It just rubbed me the wrong way when I was sitting on the side of the road for a problem that I left my car at the Dealership for 6 days and was willing to pay Dealer prices for, to make sure it got fixed right. I appreciate the call…
Took it in for a shudder which they found the problem and fixed. I also wanted them to investigate why my battery light was coming on intermittently. I had to call after six days, to find out that the van was fixed, and they never called to let me know. I asked them about the battery issue and they forgot to look at it. The mechanic cleared the code and the light didn’t come on, so they told me they couldn’t find the problem. So here I am along side of the road with a dead battery, definitely not towing it back there…?
