If I could give less than one star, I would. I'd been going there 8 years spending $15-30 a day on gas, cigarettes, drinks, deli, and other items.Management employees are rude. After several incidents, I took my business to Shell. I don't like giving @$$holes money, so I don't. I went to their Corporate about it and they stated they would address it. I'm sure the daily problems are still an issue even after being addressed. You're not doing your customers a favor because they choose to spend their money with you. They're doing you a favor by spending their money there, and if you treat them rude and unfairly, there is plenty of competition around here for your customers to spend with. Because of that, I've depleted my Fivestar FanPerks and started spending money elsewhere. This location is also understaffed and cannot complete morning tasks timely and customers have to wait twice in line to ask for things every morning. Because the lines stretch to the cold drink cooler at the back of the store, it's a hassle. Other customers stand in line complaining about the wait. The only time that store is properly staffed is when there is obviously someone visiting from Fivestar corporate. If you know you get a rush every morning at 6am, you should schedule accordingly. The rewards program also isn't competitive with Shell. Shell has more corporate partnerships than Fivestar, therefore Shell Rewards are more versatile.Shell also has an iced coffee machine, so iced drinks are less expensive than at Fivestar. The only option at Fivestar is canned commercial iced coffee 2 for $6 whereas at Shell its $1.69 for a fountain 20oz iced coffee. At Fivestar, regular coffee stations aren't always restocked with creamer and other amenities so even if they had an iced coffee station it probably wouldn't be well maintained. This is surprising because coffee, fountain drinks, and deli items are higher profit items. The only high point of Fivestar is a deli. Food price is reasonable but same thing- lines are long and there's not enough people to wait on customers. But there's also a Subway inside of Shell if you're hungry and don't want to be bothered with the hassle. All in all- not worth the hassle, and when you complain they're not all that worried about it.

I've always loved five star on East main Street but I bought three packs of cigarettes last night around 11:30 one of the packs was missing the seal and they would NOT trade them for a different pack. SORRY AS HECK. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSSINESS. I SHOPPED THERE EVERY DAY FOR THE PASSED 11 MONTHS. IM sure that they do not care. THIS ???? WORLD IS GETTING COLD STONE HEARTED. MY SOUL BREAKS FOR MY FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT....

I really like the Marathon rewards program where you get 5 cents off for EVERY gallon purchased. Over time if you save up enough points you can get up to 50 cents off per gallon for up to 20 gallons of gas.HELPFUL HINT: For those of you who have tried to buy PREMIUM gas and paid with CASH only to have the cashier tell you that you can't get a Make-it-Count rewards discount LISTEN UPHere's what you do, when the cashier first rings up the sale the register AUTOMATICALLY selects REGULAR grade gas. However, unbeknownst to the majority of them, they have an option on the register to select another grade of gas. It will ask "Do you select this grade of gas"? At this point the cashier should tap NO on the register screen. Then the same question will be asked of the cashier again and they should tap NO because this was for MID GRADE gas. Finally the cashier will be asked this question yet again and this final selection will be to receive the REWARDS DISCOUNT on PREMIUM gas paid for in CASH so they type yes one last time. Folks, it took me FOREVER to get that one figured out because most cashiers will tell you it CANNOT be done. I emphatically say YES IT CAN!!!Here's what it looks like in steps:1) REGUALAR grade is automatically selected by register so cashier taps NO for grade of fuel selected.2) MID grade will be the next grade that appears on the screen and register asks if you select this grade, cashier again taps NO3) PREMIUM grade will be the final option on the register screen so cashier should tap YES.This is how you can use Make-it-Count rewards DISCOUNT for CASH purchase of PREMIUM grade gas. This would work for MID grade as well just by leaving out the final step.Hope this tip helps and makes your day as it did mine!!!

Love this place, stop here every time I am in town. They have so much to choose from! I always grab a spicy sunrise burger for breakfast. They have everything from candy to fishing pole. The cashiers have always been pleasant. Store clean restrooms. If you stop in wanting something you're very likely to find it here.
