If I could give 0 stars I would. I called at 3pm about pedicures for me and my 15 year old daughter. They said they close at 4, i said we will arrive by 330. I drove 45 min, arrived at 320, and walked in. They had 4 or 5 girls in there working on them. Not a issue, I don't mind waiting. Me and my daughter both sit down in pedicure stations like we were told. About 30 min into our wait another woman walks in. They tell her no more clients. About 15 min later another woman comes in. They have her sit down. An hour after we arrive they come then my water on but not my daughters. They don't even speak to my daughter let alone do anything for her. They then start working on the lady that came in well after us. When I speak up about my daughter's water not even being turned on they were rude and only would say "no appointment walk ins only " but I did walk in, I called ahead to confirm they had time for us. We walked in well before the other lady who only waited maybe 10 or 15 min before she recieved services. We left without receiving anything but attitude and rude treatment. It's fun y gow my daughter was the only brown skin person in the building and they wouldn't even turn her water on for her foot bath....

I wish I didn’t have to give a one star. But the gentleman who did my nails there did a horrible job the acrylics that I have one do not match the length of my own nails. The pedicure was basic when I requested for the deluxe spa pedicure. And my polish is already chipping from my pedicure I had it done on Thursday it was chipping the next day. I don’t know what happened to this place but they use to be fantastic before. But now, they have went downhill quite a bit.

Clean,friendly environment. They do what you ask them to do, when possible. Reasonably priced. Great service.

If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Not only were they rude to me, I watched them be rude to others. Completely disregarded questions and barked orders. Threw the color selections down in front of me after I asked for a color suggestions. Put LITERALLY 7 layers of polish on my nails and now they look thick and weird.

New ownership, nice people. However, I've been twice and have NEVER seen anyone sanitize instruments or use fresh sets between clients. NEVER.

Chinda does amazing pedicures! Absolutely the best I have EVER had! They recently installed new pedi/massage chairs and new nail stations. And they are also doing some more renovations. I totally recommend!

I love getting my nails done here. Tanya is a sweetheart. Always up for anything u want done. I've never been here and not left without a smile. They are so nice. If you have a problem with ur nails they are always willing to fix it.

My experience wasn’t the best. The lady that was doing my nails was rough and rude . I haven’t had my nails on for 2 days and one has already popped off by me trying to unbuckle my seat belt .

Went in for a pedicure and a full set. Pedicure started as soon as I got there two hours later, I am still sitting there waiting for them to finish the (what I thought and told them I wanted, which was regular black nail polish) polish. Was annoyed by this time when I went to leave they wanted to charge me $70 for the pedicure. I said why it was a regular pedi with regular polish only to be informed that the lady put gel polish on me so I still had to pay $50 for the service. I left without getting my nails done.

I came here at the recommendation of a few coworkers, they (workers) did not know how to do really any designs everything i asked for they said no designs no jewels nothing literally asked if they could just do a letter in a font one letter they said no if i wanted designs to go to another salon. First red flag. the lady doing my nails was polite and kind but she was very inexperienced in the field. She literally said she only likes to do short basic nails nothing more. But what upset me the most was that i finally settled on color and accent color/ shape/size and was never told that everything was going to be an additional charge. Full set says 45. I paid 75 dollars for med long nails and one accent nail. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be back again. How did i get 30 dollars more charged with no designs no jewels added no real additional work besides shaping to which my nails are not all the same size/shape. I asked for stiletto and got almond.
