Got one of my medications Wednesday that my doctor e filed in tried to get the other one today Friday the pharmacist Kathy immediately told me they didn't have any prescriptions amazing they got one but not the other two I asked her to please look again she immediately stated I am looking at your profile refused to investigate now I know why I switched drugstores after 30 years

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Apparently, it is set up to have it automatically hang up on you if you've been on hold longer than five minutes. Have had it take 10-15 attempts before someone finally answered (at 5 minutes per call before automatic disconnect, that's a total of 75 minutes) or before giving up and just going to the store.Other than that, in town delivery is nice. They're pretty efficient at auto refilling my monthly meds.

I’ve been depending on this place for my medication needs for the last 11 years I won’t go anywhere else they’re great. The prices are great. Their service is great no matter what it is that I need they always have catered to my medical needs

I contacted them about filling a prescription that has a nationwide shortage. Since I am not a regular customer they came back and said they were all out. I know they have my medication but they just lied about it. Point is if you aren't a regular customer beware of that you may not get what you need filled

Ely Drugs is the most backward organization I have ever dealt with. I have lived in NYC, Miami, Atlanta, NJ, and various other large cities and never ran into anything like Ely Drugs. I had been getting my breathing medicine from Ely for over 3 years. Then suddenly they started charging me on delivery. I was appalled as I had been paying them from billing statements over the years. They had the audacity to tell me I didn’t have an account when I called. THEY ARE STILL billing me on the fictitious account after I switched over to Walmart. (Who by the way is a lot cheaper.) I had to get copies of the canceled checks I wrote on delivery and send to them. Didn’t matter, they are STILL billing me. How backward can you be? When you made me pay on delivery then you send a statement asking for payment again? WOW, if you are courageous enough to deal with them, be careful. And if they say you don’t have an account, turn around and run! I did contact the manager, sent a letter outlining everything but just got ignored! LOL, lesson learned, I didn’t run fast enough!

?LOCALLY OWNED PHARMACY!! ? Travis, the owner, & his staff are a FANTASTIC group of people. My family & I have bought medicines & medical supplies from them for decades. They've been around for quite awhile. The staff is compassionate, caring & dedicated to our community as well as each individual that comes in as a customer. They're quick to tell you THANK YOU for your business & great about telling you they appreciate your business. Trust me when they say they appreciate you they MEAN WHAT THEY SAY. Ely Drugs is a valuable asset to our community; they will do whatever they can for you from calling Dr's offices to answering questions about your insurance. They offer delivery of medicines & sell a variety of medical equipment from wheelchairs, walkers, recliners, shower chairs plus a lot more.
