This is the absolute WORST store I’ve ever been to. I’ve been in here several times an EVERY SINGLE TIME I have a bad experience. They are always the RUDEST people. They don’t welcome you when you come in, never have a smile, don’t tell you “bye have a nice day” NOTHING!! Not to mention I’ve gotten STALE candy on more then one occasion, one specifically being I bought a bag of “Trolli Peachy O’s” and when I got home an looked the expiration date on it was 4/10/20. It’s 2021. Almost a YEAR later. My fiancé also got a chocolate milk an the date was APRIL 2018!!! Absolutely!

First and last time here. The store has a familiar smell, I think it was the same smell as I smelled at the zoo. Yes, yes indeed, it was at the camel pen. Store was disgusting. They are too lazy to supply with a little water and a squeegee to clean my windshield. Not even a paper towel to wipe off my hands after fueling. Just go on by, unless you was like me and running on fumes. First and last time here.

Issue: Delayed processing of card transactions
Effect: Some banks will not show the transaction until much later, even as pending. Does not apply to some other banks.
Thoughts & Opinions: I have been here maybe 7-8 times over the last few months. Whoever/whatever is in charge of batch processing of debit/credit cards at this store is doing a poor job of it. This latest time, I purchased something in the store on Thursday and it didn't get processed until Sunday. This timeline appears, from my experience, to be a normal occurrence. Is it in their right as a merchant according to MC/Visa terms to delay processing? Sure. Is it inconvenient? Yup. Is there any good reason for it to happen? Yea, two. Technical issues and disputes/refunds. If they have been dealing with either of those two reasons and the problems are big enough to affect them over this long of a period, I'd be more sympathetic. However, the more likely reason is either ignorance of the process or situation, management too cheap to resolve a technical issue, or sheer laziness.
This is probably not going to stop me from shopping here occasionally, as the issue is relatively minor for me, because I manually keep track of all my finances. My sister, however, will likely avoid this store. She knows how much money she has by checking her bank app, which also shows normalized pending transactions. A recent purchase has caused her to overdraft due to the time that it took to show up at all. When one gets accustomed to the status quo of other merchants, delays and issues are magnified.
Proposed Solution: Follow best practices suggested by your payment gateway vendor/processor. If it's a technical issue, get it fixed. The longer you hold onto batches for processing, the higher the likelihood of data corruption or loss. Those 1's and 0's are $'s, both literally to the bank and figuratively to the customer's satisfaction. It's in everyone's best interest.
