While this place isn't the Ritz Carlton, it was more than adequate and affordable for this weary traveler. The room was clean, no bugs, and the staff from the front desk and housekeeping were very helpful and kind.

Good motel and dont break you to stay one night. Nothing is cheap any more but nothing but good things to say about the motel1Noteworthy details: It's got several places to eat around The hotel so u have. A variety of things. Taco Bell Dairy Queen or Clarks. Clark's got awesome ?.

I will give this place two stars. This is I think is one of the worst Motels that I have stayed. The motel has way too much traffic that is NOT cars plaguing the Motel, there is no breakfast and the food is high. Every since Mary Butler left the place fell down to the chopping block. I advice anyone to pick another motel/hotel if they do not want to see a high police presence. If you don't want to witness any kind of drug trafficking, overdoses, and see johns running in and out of rooms. The motel should might as well shut down, or have change management!

If you can look past the crackheads, constant police activity, and the weird people staying here, it's a decent motel for a great price.And the stale crackers are phenomenal, helps the place live up to its name.

This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed in!!!! Cockroachs and under beds haven't been cleaned in years and floors so sticky and nasty!!!!!!!

I would’ve given this place at least 4 stars if it wasn’t for one particular maid: Candy. I’ve stayed here with my wife for a few weeks and have over all enjoyed our stay, but every time it’s time for housekeeping to come clean our room, I’ve always noticed something stolen. I spoke with the front desk and other maids and apparently it’s a known issue, I was told to keep quiet about it but at least 6 other rooms have complained about Candy stealing their stuff too. From the looks of it I doubt they’ll get rid of her so my recommendation: if you get a room ask the front desk person to not let Candy in your room. Or just go somewhere else where the staff don’t blatantly know their maid is a thief but still keep her around

This is a really well run hotel. The staff members are all super courteous and accommodating. If you're looking for somewhere affordable to stay in Georgetown, this is your best bet. I've always been able to reach someone at the front desk if I ever need anything and I've never had a problem here. It is sort of "out dated" but that's how the owner keeps the price down. As far as affordability you can't beat it.

Awesome staff. Very friendly and outgoing. Got a smoker's room so we wouldn't be bothered and no one has said anything to us about smoking too much or anything. Of course, we do try to leave the window open for a while after smoking our cigarettes. Will definitely be coming back. Even if it's just to visit LMAORooms: Clean and tidy. A bit messy now because we have the do not disturb sign upNearby activities: Scratch offs at the gas station across the street.. I don't go out muchFood & drinks: There's a vending machine to the right after the lobby where they sell food and snacks.

Keep in mind, this isn't Hampton Inn but it's less than 1/2 price, very clean and with a staff that is decent to the guests.

Clean place, nice people, could use air purifier in front desk area, cigarette smoke smell really strong. Good prices. Very polite staff. I'll be back.

We stayed here with my four children, my significant other & myself. We decided to stay here because money has been tight & they didn’t charge a deposit but I will gladly pay a deposit elsewhere rather than have my family stay here ever again. The lobby & halls reeked of smoke and mold.. the room itself was clean & smelled okay. When bedtime came and I laid down with my kids I immediately started itching so I started pulling covers & sheets back and didn’t see anything after a few more times of still feelings bites & itching I finally found a bed bug. I killed it and saved it on a wipe to show the front desk. I waited til morning because I wanted to be sure the bug wasn’t from us since we previously stayed in another hotel. All night I found several bed bugs & bites all over my children. The next morning I went to speak with the front desk & was nice and tried to be understanding because it’s not the receptionist fault. I had planned to pay another day & just request to be moved to try another room since this place was the cheapest in town but we decided to leave after the front desk was incredibly rude & uncaring of the situation. I told her we’d like to pay another day but need a different room due to bed bugs & she sighed loudly, rolled her eyes and said she had no other rooms available but I could check back around 11am I tried to show her the wipe with dead bed bugs on it I had found as well as photos on my phone I took of bugs on the beds. She didn’t say a word about the bugs, not even a sorry for the inconvenience, sorry that my kids were bitten by bugs all night, nothing but rudeness. Then a housekeeper came to our room to tell us they had a smoking or non smoking room become available and I told her we would be checking out since they were so uncaring & acted as if WE had inconvenienced them by making them aware of the bugs. I never asked for a refund or a discounted night or anything & they couldn’t even apologize. I will never spend another dollar at this place. Had the staff not been so rude & literally not care a bit about the bugs, this review would have been very different. I’m a pretty understanding person and don’t ever complain but this was beyond ridiculous. I will be calling the health department as well. Don’t waste your money here!!

I stayed here and it was okay at best to say the least rooms were clean but when they say pet friendly they mean dogs only I have a cat and no exception was made even when the website does not say they are not allowed and it was 100 degrees outside they would’ve let my cat die but allow 40+ lb dogs was staying in room 135 and it was nice then was switched to room 110 where the shower doesn’t work didn’t give me enough pillows no ice bucket overall I’m very unsatisfied.

The room was attractive, spacious and I clean. The bed was so comfortable, I had a difficult time waking up,?. I will definitely be staying there again.

Winner's circle staff is always very polite very friendly very accommodating. It's prices are reasonable the rooms have always been clean and of all the hotels motels in Georgetown this is the one I would choose if I were just looking for a reasonably priced place to spend the night coming through town.
