Interacted with four staff members from check in through exams to glasses selection and every interaction felt as if they genuinely cared. Dr Palmer was engaging and offered great advice and service. A great service experience!

Best place in Georgetown to get your eye exams and glasses. The people working there was super friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns about my eyes/glasses and what I was looking for in eye wear. They also took the time to explain what my insurance would cover and if I had to pay anything out of pocket. Overall my visit was 10/10.

Our family has been using Visionworks/ Dr. Bizers Vision world for 20 years. Not anymore. Today, they showed how little they now care for clients. They damaged an expensive pair of glasses I bought from them & want me to pay full price as well as sign a form that says if more damage is done, they won't be responsible. Seriously? If they damage glasses I bought from them, had to bring back to fix, damaged one of the lens when doing the fix, now what to charge me full price to fix (which I agreed to), until they asked me to fill out a form stating that if they damaged them AGAIN, that they wouldn't be responsible. Now that makes NO SENSE!I went to Advanced Eye Care (about a mile away) & they were less & super friendly. Highly recommend them & NOT Vision works. The staff that works with selling glasses aren't friendly & talk negative about clients (which they assume we can't hear what they are saying). I heard them making fun of one lady when she was leaving & laughing about my questioning their decision not to take partial or any responsibility for damaged their 'Tech' did to my lenses. I have tough skins, so it didn't bother me, but thought I'd share b/c that stems from the Store Manager. She obviously isn't good at managing & training or the staff at the Georgetown location wouldn't be making fun of their clients, laughing at our requests & doing it with her. So, she is part of the problem!

I went to this location for the first time this year. The check-in process was really smooth. I was sent back for my eye exam rather quickly, and that process went smoothly. Afterwards I was upfront browsing glasses. The staff that were on hand, did not seem to have any interest in helping me to pick out frames, but in their defense, there was not enough people there for the amount of business that they had. The one critique that I would have is for them to remember that the walls are thin. It is inappropriate to verbally criticize customers when you are in your lens lab. I was able to hear most of what you said, and while it was not about me, it was still inappropriate for the place.

Great visit. The staff were very helpful and attentive. In and out within 15-20 minutes. No standing around chit chatting. Everybody was eager to help the next person in line.

Visionworks is a wonderful place to get your glasses. They respect you as a person, the interests of what you want your glasses to look like and the quality of the glasses! The Doctor and staff is wonderful and care about your needs!!

The staff and doctor were wonderful. There was no wait and I was in & out in an hour. One thing I wasn’t happy about was the cost. I have good insurance and was told it made sense to upgrade my glasses a level, but wasn’t told the cost: $650. Luckily my insurance paid half, but $800 retail for a pair of glasses that don’t even have UV protection is crazy to me. The girl that helped me was a bit terse & rude, but she said I had time if I changed my mind, and I did. When I called to cancel, was told they can’t do it without “completely downgrading” my glasses. Whatevs.Btw, I took my daughter the month before sans insurance and she got two pairs for less money.

I felt completely at home. They listen to my needs and my wants and help me find exactly what was right for me. I wasn’t in there forever. They knew their inventory and assisted me and every way possible. This was probably the best experience I’ve had at a Vision Center.
