Had issues with pop ups on my phone and adware the Verizon sales representative was able to remove all the viruses from my phone was able to get my home screen back. Good customer service in Georgetown store

I came into the store. My phone's battery wouldn't charge and the phone had trouble starting up again. The gentleman at the store tried getting the battery to work, tried in several ways. We discussed several options, and decided the best result all the way around would be a new phone. I opted for Motorola, the price was similar, and it has a great camera. Then the main problem was transferring all my information when the old phone was refusing to charge up to allow all of that to happen. After trying different plugs, we ended up signing in to Google to transfer. This gentleman helped download apps, set it up similarly on my new phone, and it's all in the right spot. The extra help is greatly appreciated. I've been with Verizon over 20 years and these are the reasons I keep coming to Verizon. Thanks again.

I would love for a manager from this Georgetown location to reach out to me. Your employee by the name of Jordan was the rudest employee I have ever dealt with in my 24 years of being with Verizon.
He literally screamed at me to never come back to this store again and to leave now, he accused me of being rude, all he did was try to get me to purchase stuff that I was not there for. I was having issues with my phone so I called the store spoke with Jeremy (whom was very nice) and he told me to bring my phone in to have him look at it, but some how I got stuck with this Jordan dude who totally refuse to even look at my phone.
So please will management get a hold of me as this Jordan dude does NOT belong working with customers especially one of 24 years.
He has very poor manners and a very pushy guy when it comes to dealing with customers.

Jordan went above and beyond with his customer service. We walked in 10 minutes before closing and asked if we should come another day since it’s almost closing. He didn’t hesitate at all and stayed an hour after closing to help us in what we felt was an urgent matter for us. Jordan switched us over from T-Mobile with BETTER PHONES, PRICING AND SERVICE. I hope the company personally reaches out and thanks you Jordan because AMAZING customer service and employees as dedicated are hard to find!

He was an excellent person to work with. Very polite and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions. Very eager to help. You need more employees like him. Best experience we have ever had. He needs to be training people and he needs to be a Manager.

Husband and I went in to upgrade both of our phones. We had set up an appointment with the sales person and he was ready and waiting. Upgraded both phones fast and easily. Learned more information about apps that we had free and didn’t even know about them. 2nd time I have been in this store and left happy both times. Thanks for all your hard work!

My wife and I were recently having some work done on our phone. When meeting with the young man at the store, he advised us we had a substantial phone credit and we could switch and get a new phone. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in our transaction, and made it very enjoyable.
In particular, the following points that made this proces so good for us
1. We were able to make an appointment at our desired time, and he met us at the store, so no waiting time
2. This individual was very clear about all the terms, and also supplied us with a store credit since we were switching phones.
3. We got the complete transaction done, and in just a little more than an hour, which was really good considering everything that we had to do

We had a preset appointment and were greated immediately by our rep. Our rep had all the options ready for us and ready to go. Products were demonstrated well and all options were reviewed. Conversation was smooth and was very proffesional and friendly. Process went very well. Great job!
