Carl was great! He addressed the issue and got me set up with a new phone. Great customer service and great overall experience! I will certainly return to this store in the future.

Carl was a dream to work with as we discussed different phones, plans and then accessories for my new, Obsidian, Google Pixel 9. I will definitely be back when I need to replace it.
