The agent gave me totally wrong information about the process for dealing with forwarding mail to a previous owner of a home. Another agent told me the correct process.

Stopped in with my daughter week before to do an in person change of address. They were really great with helping me!! The employees were all extremely polite and professional!!! I wish I could remember the name of the head clerk who stopped what he was doing. Just to come over and show the younger one the steps to get my ID to go through ? but thank you for the extra mile??

Tracking says my package has been here for 10 days, waiting to be put on a truck for delivery. USPS says they never received it, and UPS says they already gave to to the post office. So it's lost forever.
When I asked the employee that was working. He just said, "have you tried being patient?"

Just moved here from Texas, where you or they tape your label on for FREE.. this location tried to charge me 3.99 for en entire toll of tape?!. No wonder usps is becoming a last option for mailing services.. if this wasn't a returning item from an amazon 3rd party company, I would just go elsewhere... life is overpriced as it is. People struggling, working 2 jobs, and you're gonna charge for 4 pieces of tape 4 inches long? Lost my business entirely. I'll now be going elsewhere to get my companys fliers in the mail.

I had a passport appointment and it went well. They take your picture for $15 dollars ( you get the second one) and the post office sends the paperwork. The process fee as of 1/23/24 is $ 35. They make everything easy for you. Even if the passport website is confusing, they make it seem easy . The total time I was in and out was 20 minutes( they help customers in between so the line wait is not long) I didn't get the guy's name,but it wasn't Bart ( even though he seems cool ). I highly recommend this place for a passport. Also, it's highly important to make an appointment through the post office website. The line wait is also a short wait.

5 star review for our mail carrier at the mill apartments!She is so friendly, the job doesn't seem easy with all those compartments but she does it efficiently.Our dog loves going out to see her when she hears the mail lady out there.She's the sweetest person and good at her job. She even gives our dog treats sometimes.I wish more people were as friendly as her. ❤️

We live a half mile down a gravel lane in Scott Co. Whenever a package too large to fit in the mailbox has been delivered previously, the postal driver has brought it to the house. However, on Dec. 21 a package my sister sent from California with Christmas gifts, and too large for the mailbox, was simply left by the mailbox where it was taken by someone. I just spent 35 minutes on the phone with the "automated" system that repeatedly cut out on me, requiring a re-start each time. I am incredibly frustrated with the system.

This post office is quick and efficient. The workers are there for the people and do better than other post offices about service. So helpful and friendly. Southern hospitality for sure
