IN ALL OF MY DAYS I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED IN ALL OF MY DAYS. I MADE AN INNOCENT MISTAKE TODAY BECAUSE I TOOK A BAG FROM THIS UPS STORE TO BAG ANOTHER ORDER TO SEND OUT TUESDAY! Two minutes after walking out the door the manager calls me and was so disrespectful I’m glad he wasn’t in store because I promise…..
I was told I stole multiple items and he was calling the police for petty theft… mind you I just moved to Georgetown and the main store I use I’ve never had an issue I pay when I come back. When I say the manager was increasingly nasty and i literally apologized and said I’m sorry it wasn’t anything of the sort. I was the only person in the store why would I steal then steal a bag for $1.59? I apologized multiple times and he kept pushing I’m calling the police and I said sir honestly I don’t care it was a 1.59 I’ve never stolen from anywhere. I go back pay and they charge me double and I only had one bag and they were so rude. I wasn’t thinking I was stealing honest mistake but literally to be talked to like it was serious? I just gave all my information y’all think I’d steal! Use common sense! And once I apologized and explained to continue being nasty was uncalled for and I’ll be back to get my money back and I’ll go to the main store! Nasty nasty nasty! If imma steal imma steal not a 1.59 bag BE FOR REAL AND WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Fast and friendly service. I walked into their shop with a label and an open box and they took it and handled taping it up and getting it shipped out the door for me! Much appreciated customer service!

The brunette gal behind the counter was very sarcastic and rude to me a few days ago, I will never be visiting again. How do you let employees with an attitude like that have a position at the counter. They should be in the BACK as far away from customers as possible.

Easy amazon returns... customer service is ok depending on who is working. it cam be busy but that's part of the business. They are helpful in trying to figure out best way to ship or pack. Talked pricing for printing but it can get costly and other stores have better deals.
