It's disappointing to see you finally caved to the conservative right and decided being inclusive doesn't fit your business model. But I guess the bulk of your customers are the closed minded type anyway....myself not included. So from a business standpoint maybe you had to. Sadly I have spent my last dollar at TS.

Vince is tremendously helpful & kind! we were pondering a $600 equipment purchase but his personal attention to detail, customer service & problem solving made all the difference. Even though we have a local Tractor Supply, we go out of our way to shop at his store. Vince is truly an asset to Tractor Supply Georgetown.

Manager of store I believe name was David; needs to learn to respect his customers and employees. Went in there and saw nasty treatment towards a workers, infront of customers. Seems to act like he knows about stuff he doesn't know about then, makes employees look dumb.

Had what I needed, but freight was in the way and they wouldn’t move it to sell the product. That’s a first! Won’t be back here again. Fortunately, Lowe’s is just across the street.

I needed a refill for my propane tank. Someone was able to refill the tank in a reasonable amount of time.

We enjoy Tractor Supply and buy all our dog food here. The brand is For Health and I think it might be the store brand of food. Also they have a dog wash inside the store that is just 9.99 with all supplies included. We may try that here soon. I like the clothes and shoes they carry and can find items here priced reasonably. Also there books and magazines are interesting. I am a member of their neighbors club as well.

I've never had such trouble with an app. Lol. Seriously. My password was wrong although it's not. Took customer service about an hour. Then another hour. Then hours before email with link. Then my order kept going to Tennessee. Then my card declined because my billing address different than my delivery address. Everything handled by 213 pm. Which is too late for same delivery. The crew at Georgetown, all the crew but especially the assistant manager who in pouring rain, brought my hay for my horse when my delivery was delayed 3 days....no words. Thank you, Sherman. Just, thank you.

Walked in the store to purchase dog bones for my two pups. Was warmly greeted. As a matter of fact I got the bones, was made small talk with by a worker. Felt like we had been friends 20 years. Went down the seasonal isle and talked with a guy named Vince. Really cool guy. Once again felt like we had been friends for 20 years. This is also my go to place for dog food. There were allot of people checking out on this day, so I opted for the self check out. But it's not the cashiers fault. One guy was buying 40 of the 1 pound camping propane tanks. And another before them had a big order to check out. I recommend this store. They are approachable, knowledgeable, and people friendly.

Went in for cat liter the brand paws was all miss marked on price the woman told me my problem finally got a guy to check prices so I could get the one I wanted no one was nice about there mess up Get up to pay next in line after waiting 15 mins then she just leave have to go to different check out was 5th in line and waited 10 more mins
