Good experience stopped for a bathroom and fuel stop

30$ purchase was made using my card and I can’t even get anyone to pick up the phone to explain to me why they told my bank I made the purchase. When first asked a week ago when it first happened I was told it was “pending and would come off my card after 7 days” it’s been longer than that, I still am short 30$, and the bank declined my dispute. I’ve tried calling several times and no one EVER answers. Kinda inconvenient to have to drive an hour away to be told there’s nothing they can do. Someone needs to be contacting me about a refund.

There are 4 attendants been here awhile who are great. Some of the new ones are rude and eat trying to talk and act like your bothering them. I know not paid a lot but you still have to have pride in your work.

Third shift guy seriously needs to learn some people skills. This is the second night in a row he has been extremely rude. The first night I apologized and just now, again he made some off hand remark. I understand if I came in and was rude to him but he has initiated rude behavior two nights in a row.

If I could, I wouldn’t even put one star the manager there today at 8:30 was so rude. I I asked if she could break a 20 and I asked the gentleman in front of me are you using cash? She said yes I said Will while he’s using cash when you have the door open, can I get to cut? She never said anything to me. She shuts the door after taking his money, and then tells me that she’s not allowed to give me change because me and the gentleman work together and then I asked to speak to a manager, so I am the manager I said will talk at a phone number or speak to your GM because I have worked at a gas station and the policy is you either buy something or you wait until somebody uses cash to open up the door that you’re not allowed to open up a drawer just for change I was an operations manager at a gas station. She refused to give me any phone numbers including the one 800 number. She said you have to look on the back of your card. I don’t have a card mines on my phone then she gave me dirty looks and continues to be rude to me, worst service at a speedway I’ve ever been to and I only use Speedway but I will never ever return back to that store because of that rude lady who could’ve given me 210s while she had her door open while the gentleman in front of me paid for his stuff, she could’ve told me that before he paid for his stuff when I asked her instead, she ignored me

Beer and pop are never the same ringing them up. Especially beer. 2.99 no 3.99 been a long time the workers don’t have the time or patience to make it right. I just leave it at the counter. Not paying surprise prices anywhere.
