I have had accounts with this branch since it was still national city in the old Kroger building many many years ago, when PNC bought out national city they started making horrible changes to the way they do business. They have charged me thousands in BS charges over the years but I have put up with it because the branch manager is a good person and I have had a good relationship with the branch for a very long time. I just made a deposit and the teller lied right to my face... He had quite the attitude, I am looking forward to cutting ties with PNC permanently. Jane is a good person but and good branch manager but PNC is a horrible bank and horrible to bank with as a small business.

How many times will I have to wait 30 min I'm line for a simple transaction because only 1 clerk is at the counter during busy hours? Been a PNC customer for a while and love PNC hate this branch. Would rather drive to Lexington at this rate.

This place is a joke at the Georgetown ky branch inside the Kroger. I got there in plenty of time to get a new debit card printed because I had misplaced my other one. The branch manager said she had to make a call and that the pnc call center was closed which was a lie as soon as I left the bank I called my self and got the problem resolved. This branch like I said is a joke thanks to the lady at the call center I got it taking care of.
