No showers and no sign to tell you. And the lady working was so rude about it. Us drivers don’t always get to shower so when they are down they should atleast have a sign up so I could’ve left and went somewhere else. Instead of wasting time parking and eating and then finding out showers didn’t work.

Pulled in had 18 prime spots left, got me one, drove the whole lot nothing open. Went back inside, and instead of the employees doing their job per policy and making the non payers move, they just refunded me. What a waste of my time. Lazy employee for sure.

I am a driver. I came this pilot, and I spent 60 dollars gas for my sprinter vans it's a weekend .I need to park and rest the maintenance guy came and told me to move .as drivers, we love to park somewhere safe. Our gold is not to park. Our gold is to move all over the country and spend food and gas with pilot very discounted.

Not Camper Friendly. We travel with a 5th wheel camper and look for truck stops, such as Pilots. This is the first Pilots we have been to that we couldn't fit at the gas pumps due to low clearance canopy above the pumps. Also, there wasn't a lot of room to maneuver a camper in the parking area. It was busy and appeared nice from the outside. We ended up going to Loves at Exit 136.

This is an edit to my original review. Overall this pilot is ok and the staff are friendly enough. My bad experience was someone improperly installed a new Def pump handle and because of this I was sprayed down with Def when the pump activated. In my original review I was pretty darn frustrated not directly with the staff but moreso company policies and not allowing staff to sell quarters on weekends for laundry. Morning manager was awesome and sold me some quarters so I could atleast wash my clothes and provided drier free of charge due to the circumstances. Was also given couple free things as well night prior after incident but was food nothing extraordinary. Not worried about suing them didn't get in my eyes or pierce skin, etc. Mistakes happen and I was not physically harmed so ?. Thank you to the day staff for changing my mind about this location. It is a pretty clean store as well and the Wendy's staff were friendly/helpful as well.

Don't waste your money on reserved parking because they do not enforce it. Just park for free and no one is going to stop you. I reserved on the app and found all the spaces filled when I arrived. The app showed 10 spaces left to sell. Called the store and was told corporate would not let them do anything but I was free to try and get someone to move. Really? They refunded me which was the least they could do.
