This Lowe's failed to have the fence that I purchased delivered by the installation date, when we went to inquire about what was going on we were met with nothing but indifference. Here we are 5 days later, no one from Lowe's will return our call. They have been paid for the service. It seems once they are paid for the service they really do not care if the consumer is happy or not. When the sales people are selling you something they will take your calls all day long but once this purchased beware they are done. Would definitely not recommend for installation services.

Pretty dumpy store. Too much junk littering the aisles. It's hard to get around because it's too full of stuff. Two people can't pass each other without getting in each other's way, especially with carts.
One employee acknowledged me, yet didn't ask if I needed help. About a dozen others passed me by with no contact whatsoever. When I did need help getting a piece of lumber cut, I had to seek.someone out and was told (by a guy who I presumed was a manager) the cutting machine has been down for a week and they're trying to get it fixed. So I asked for a handsaw and the guy said he didn't think that was possible. Terrible.
The cashier was ok.
Poorly managed store. Avoid if you can. Home Depot needs to open in Georgetown to give these guys some incentive to improve.

Spent 2,000 plus dollars on wood and not one person offered to help load or anything 3 men walked past my husband and I and didn’t even offer a glance at us never again

Horrendous customer service @loweshomeimprovement . Calling it service is a stretch , as I left my cart inside the service e desk area. I waited nearly 40 minutes for someone to get an out of stock item off the top shelf. I spoke to multiple employees , including a manager and service desk. No one returned to help. The manager said he would twice, LIAR.
So, now I'm off to Home Depot.

During the Memorial Day sales, we bought several appliances from Lowe's. The team delivering the appliances was helpful and courteous making sure that we were happy with the appliances before they left.
The employee at the appliance sales was very helpful. She looked up all of the specs on the models we were considering and allowed us to make informed decisions for our purchases.

Typically always have what I need. My only major complaint is lack of man power. Meaning. You have one cashier in the lumber section.
BUT have 3-4 workers standing around the self check lanes.
If you’re paying them to stand there and do nothing, probably should have kept registers.

I really prefer lowes to home depot. I have never had a problem with customer service or online orders, unlike the depot.

Workers ignore you, pretty much corner someone to get help. To their credit most will help or at least pawn you off to someone else. Between lack of common curiosity and this self checkout craze I dread going to Lowe's, or any store that point anymore.
