They advertise flu & covid shots but don't take a popular insurance. Call before you go, waste of time.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They NEVER have prescriptions ready on time. Seems like they’re always understaffed. If they’re out of something, you’re not going to know about it until after your prescription was set to be filled. Trying to pick something up on a lunch break from work? Good luck! Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Go elsewhere. ANYWHERE ELSE.

When I go to any Walmart for a prescription I am asked if I have taken the RX before or have any questions. I speak with a pharmacist before being given the RX. At Kroger I was handed a very strong antibiotic, and was never asked if I had questions. When I read the information I found out I should have no dairy for several hours before or after. The print on instructions is almost unreadable it’s so small so many would depend on a pharmacist to alert them to important information about a drug. It should not just be handed to a first time user.

The Automated system called me and said my prescription was ready for refill so I told it “yes” to refill. I called to speak with a pharmacist after that to see when it would be ready today and they told me that I couldn’t refill it because I still had 3 days of medication left, like I was stupid. Then why would your system call me and tell me it’s ready to refill??? $&”@&$$Also an Update— True professionalism for a business , would be to reply to all of these negative reviews with condolences or an apology, heck , any response at all. But don’t see that at all!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I called at 9:00Am to make sure they had my insulin in stock and specified exactly what I needed. They told me they had it so they would call and get my rx transferred to them. At lunch time I go to pick it up and they tell me they had just received it and it would be ready by 2:00. I got off at work at 5:00 for them to tell me they never had it in stock at all. Considering this is insulin and I need this, the staff is not very efficient AT ALL!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They don't even start prescriptions until to you go up and say you're there to pick it up. No matter how long it has been called in for. And that's probably the least annoying thing about this pharmacy. One time they gave me Tamiflu and they didn't even add the liquid to the powder and mix it up. Do your self a favor and go to Walmart.

Medication is never ready on time, you have to argue with them about the price that the medication should be through your insurance and even their Kroger savings club. If you want to use the drive thru, you better take the day off and clear your schedule because it takes so long to get through and when you do get to the window, have the time your meds still aren’t ready. They put the slowest workers at the drive thru.

Horrible experience! I called at 8:00am to have a prescription transferred to this pharmacy. They told be it should only take a couple of hours and they would text or call me when it was ready. I hadn't heard from them by 5:00pm so I called back. I was told they hadn't even called to have it transferred yet and it would be another hour. After an hour and a half I went to the store only to have the girl tell me they couldn't find my file in the computer. Then she said it would take her 45 minutes to enter it into the computer. I waited an hour before going back to the window only to be told they hadn't gotten to it because "it wasn't a priority" (???wtaf!). After asking to speak to the pharmacist they finally brought my prescription. Worst pharmacy in Georgetown with obviously incompetent and rude employees!

I know they are busy, but they almost never answer the phone.

Worst pharmacy I have ever seen. They never have your medications filled on time, I have had them forget to fill or bag some of mine and now they are saying I picked up a script that I did not as they never bagged it.
No idea how to fix this situation. This type of thing can cause people to get sick. Changing to Walgreens I tomorrow. Do not go here..ever. I have been on hold 16 minutes with the phone just ringing. No help from any Kroger managers either.

The general things about this Kroger (management, shelves stocked, aisle accessibility, quality of store products, etc.) rates a 2. What knocks the rating down to 1 is their refusal to serve veterans in the pharmacy. I had a 10:30 appt on 10/18/23 for a covid booster. When I arrived and gave my name and insurance ID I was refused the booster. I told them I would pay cash, forget the insurance, but was told they don’t serve veterans.
If you miss your appt. you will be billed $20.00. They don’t feel me driving eighty minutes round trip fruitlessly, to have them cancel the appt., should be a $20.00 charge on them.

I should have looked at the reviews in advance of dealing with this pharmacy. The most unprofessional pharmacy staff I have dealt with. I echo some of the reviews. I have been calling or attending that pharmacy in person every day for a week to get a prescription. Every day is the same story. "It will be ready tomorrow", to then state your medication is on back order. They all blame "someone else you talked to" as if they are not all looking at the same system. Google reviews will have to make a change at some point to allow for zero star reviews. If anyone deserves it, is this pharmacy.

I will never use this pharmacy again. The staff is cold and rude. I was miserable with a very painful UTI and they texted me my medicine was ready. By the time I got there it was 5 minutes after they closed but the staff was still there waiting on a customer. They would not let me pick up my medicine. And they were nasty about it.
They were lucky I didn't curse them out.
Too bad, Kroger pharmacy

They are so rude it’s ridiculous to treat people the way they do. They won’t ever fill any prescription until you are actually physically there. You wait forever for your prescriptions. They will let you wait for a hour then tell you your medication is on back order. It’s wild. Never again
