I've not seen many businesses that don't want to actually do business, this used to be a somewhat reputable company, as soon as they found out who my insurance company was, who is very reputable, they couldn't even do an estimate, I guess the word is fixing to get out, don't bring your vehicle here, this is the second time they've crashed and burned with me in the last few months, what a joke

The service was horrible. They didn't have the parts I needed when they told me to bring the car in. As a result, I had to pay an extra two weeks on a rental car. When asked about it, they said "sorry, nothing we can do about that." I told them they could have called to let me know and reschedule me. They had no response. I had the absolute worst service. They scheduled my repair without ordering the appropriate parts. Then the service technician was sick and not able to work on my vehicle for a week. I understand that people get sick, but I never received a call to let me know the status or give me the option of rescheduling my appointment. Instead, they just kept saying they were supposed to get it "tomorrow". Three weeks later and a sizeable rental car bill, they delivered my vehicle. When I asked about the length of time and the extra cost of the rental car, they said, "we are sorry, nothing we can do about it." I advise you not to use them. If you do, make sure they have the parts before you drop it off.

Took our sienna handicapped van to be repaired on October 19 , 2022. Today is Jan 27, 2023 and it's still not repaired. They have only contacted me a handful of times to say it's ready come pick it up. I've gone to pick it up 3 times and each time it was in horrible shape , worse than when I took it in. Not just small issues either. They put on a new roof and didn't put rails on, the seat belt used for handicapped wheelchair was laying in back seat, taken completely out, the sunroof and other electrical parts did not work. That's only from the first time I went yo pick it up. 2nd time still a mess and 3rd time on Jan 25,2023 the headliner was hanging ,down sun shade down inside door 3seat belt covers off one of them laying in floor all the trim around headliner loose and there was a big puddle of water in main back compartment which Corbet said "well I guess he washed it to hard"? There are many scratches and dings that weren't there that are now and pieces of damaged trim and Corbet says "oh we didn't do that it was already like that ," when we know it wasn't! Estimate shows areas repaired exactly where this damage is. It's been a horrible experience, and we have had to pay for public transportation to get my husband to dr appointments. This is a State Farm "preferred shop" if you have State Farm please use another shop. I kinda feel discriminated by this situation as they have talked to me in a very belittling way as if I don't know vehicles but yet built them for years at Toyota. Oh yeah and I'm female!!!!! We have been advised to seek counsel as the new damages that kentucky collision have caused and the lack ok dependability we feel with this vehicle now along with safety concerns for paralyzed husband , my child and myself.

I did not even want to hive them 1 star. This place is horrible! Took our handicapped van there on October 19, 2022. Today is Jan the 26th 2023 and it's still not repaired. They have only called me a hand full of times , each time with excuses and then saying it was ready to be picked up. I've been there 4 times to pick it up and each time it has been in worse shape than when I took it in. Not little things either. How can you put in a new roof and forget the rails? How can you leave headliner sagging and all the trim loose? Best yet, how can you take seat belts off and leave them laying in back seat for me to find? Corbin or Corbet supposedly the manager does not even look over vehicles to confirm the quality of job than was to be done. This is a handicapped van. How can you live with yourselves knowing you are trying to scam a handicapped person and they can be injured due to your lack of responsibility in doing your job to the best of your abilities. They have torn up parts of trim and said 'oh we didn't do that". They have lied through whole process. Filing complaint with BBB and seeking counsel due to their eminent role in endangering the safety of my paralyzed husband our children and myself .

I came here to try to get an estimate on my damaged truck. Once they realized I was going to pay for it myself and not use insurance they said they couldn’t even schedule to give me an estimate for over two weeks. I had the money for whatever it cost but I guess from where I’m not a guaranteed insurance company they didn’t need my business. Just bad business and they were rude.
