I remember a time when they didn't waste your time trying to sell you on every useless add-on service.
I ask for oil change, I expect an oil change AND ONLY an oil change.
I also expect it to not take a LITERAL HOUR!
And you couldn't even do my tire change because they didn't have some weird dohicky they should definitely have had.

Brad and his co-workers helped me tremendously today. I had no idea my manufacturer had been neglecting my car for years. Things were cracked, unclean (I even saw), and not properly installed. Jiffy Lube was able to get my car fixed and back to good within just a few hours. I am very thankful for them and recommend this place to my friends and family.

I got a drill bit stuck in my tire. It was close to their closing time, but Carlos and Nate stayed and patched my tire. I appreciate them being dedicated to the customer. I haven’t been a Jiffy Lube customer before, but I am now!!!
