Checked at 2pm Waited,
4:30 rolls around I go in ask what’s the hold up. They close in 30 min. He said your phone is not working I’ve tried to call you 2x. I said no you didn’t my phone works.
I called Goodyear commercial phone works they called me back just to verify that my phone worked We have a preferred fleet account 5pm they lock up shop ! Our rep called me to verify phone worked He is getting with the manager of this location
They are lazy and have banker hours. I will not ever come here again , it’s a commercial truck shop this industry does not stop But they sure left a preferred fleet customer sitting here needing a tire. I got a guy on the way and I you can n bet your tail we are changing the tire right here in this lot. He even agreed to it. Pilot do away with Goodyear shops they suck
Bill Morgan tire sure didn’t have an issue calling my phone. Service guy called me when he arrived at the property right in front of the shop here

Very unprofessional, very incompetent service at 102 Triport Goodyear Tire location in Kentucky. they put the wrong rated steer tire on driver side. G instead of H. They never bothered to check other side steer tire rating, or read door panel front axle rating. I was told, automatically they always put same type of steer tire on, without checking anything whatsoever. Three days later when I called back, they told me tough luck, If I want I can buy another steer tire, for ANOTHER $900 this time they will put on the right one…no accountability…no remorse…nobody cares…welcome to Hell..!

Need an alignment on my 1 ton done. Unfortunately, they could not do it due to recall work. They got me in right before they closed the day before Thanksgiving and didn't charge me a dime. Great service even though they weren't able to help.

The website says that open at 7am. Not true. The sign on the door says 7:30. Also false. I guess they just show up when they feel like it.I'll go somewhere else. Thanks for wasting my time.

the old bearded pig refused to drill a hole (maximum 5 minutes of time) I would give him a $20 tip. told me 20 minutes left to work and I'll go home to eat fast food
