"Out for delivery" 4 days in a row without actually being delivered and go figure, I passed a FedEx truck in my neighborhood today coming home from work. So much for the Prime Rib my mother ordered to celebrate her first grandchild.

FedEx is the worst company I have ever dealt with 90% of their shipments to me have been delayed or lost. You cannot get a hold of a English speaking representative that you can understand. I will never use FedEx.

Look for a tiny white sign on the furthest door to your left. Packages must fit through a small window and follow directions posted on the wall by the phone. You will have to call for someone.

I have had multiple bad experiences with FedEx Ground delivery in Georgetown. My packages are either delivered to the wrong address or are left in the Postal Service mailbox rather than delivered to my house.

Every single time I order anything shipped through FedEx it goes to Georgetown office and every single time it's delayed. I have no idea why anyone ships FedEx.

Delivery either doesn’t deliver our Hello Fresh boxes at all, or drops them off halfway up the driveway where I would t know they were if I didn’t get a text alert. Funny that Amazon can actually deliver to the top of the driveway or porch but FedEx cant.

Pitiful. Delayed delayed delayed over & over w/ no explanation. “Attempted delivery” when I know full well I am at home…duh! Packages left at the wrong address and no attempt whatsoever to retrieve said package (I finally had to track them down myself & go get them.) It would be laughable if it weren’t so annoying. I cringe when I purchase something & the shipping company is FedEx. How they stay in business is beyond me.

I've had 5 packages in the last month all be delayed. One of which being delayed 3 times. Then also had 2 different pickups scheduled that I had to miss work for and fedex did not show up either time.

My package for work has been delayed 5 days now!!!! I paid $210 for shipping and it’s delayed FIVE days with NO insight on when I might actually get it!!!! My package arrives back at the facility before 3PM. I’m filing a complaint with BBB over this. Ridiculous.

They always throw my packages in a drainage ditch in a wooded area a 1/4th a mile away from my house. They also lie when we call to complain telling us a drainage ditch off our property "was the safest place to leave your packages" or they blame us for "for not leaving delivery directions". So lazy. God awful company!
