Inconsistent communication from Bill. I should have received a courtesy car from the beginning. You had my vehicle for over a month. Instead I racked up $2000 in rental car fees. Probably would not use the dealership again if I didn’t have the warranty.

I specifically asked that the replaced parts be put in a box in three back of the truck. They were not. $10,000+ repair, I think I should have received the parts as requested.

Did a great job diagnosing what needed to be repaired. When I asked about other preventive maintenance they told me what I needed and what I didn't have to have done. Gave me fast and reasonable estimate on repairs. They didn't suggest any other repairs that needed to be done so no extra add ons to worry about. Will definitely be returning for my service needs. Earl did a fantastic job.

This was purchase #6 for us. Gage was very helpful in ensuring we got the price we wanted and that the process was efficient. This was the best experience yet with Dan Cummins!

The people I worked with were excellent BUT… business model is seriously flawed.
You sent me a letter asking me to trade. I went to store where I bought auto and the sales person acted like he had never seen it and handed it back to me and said “we don’t have any of these here now anyway. -that was it.
I happened to be in Georgetown a few days later so I stopped and asked if they could or would be interested in honoring the trade offer in the letter. They said yes.
Part of the deal was to transfer running boards from my truck to new truck and have linex installed in new truck. The service department said they could not do the running boards for 8 days. I was told when I came back they would have bed cover appointment made.
So I went in, left truck at service department and went into showroom. The linex appoint had not been made. The transfer of running boards should have taken less than an hour. After 2 hours I went out to check on truck… they did not have the parts they needed but had secured them and should be done in 30 min. … two hours later I went back to service area and waited for 15 min before someone says truck is ready.
Back to linex… the appointment was set up for 10 the following day and they insisted they would come to my house and pick up and take it to Linex. Truck was never picked up and no one called. When I called I was told they were short on drivers and they set new appointment for 4 days later.
This is to many departments self contained. There needs to be one chief in the dealership that everyone else answers to. When someone buys a new truck, they should not have to wait 8 days to stop needing a ladder to get into it, let alone all the other things that happened.
Again…the salesman and his manager were great! But they evidently have no authority to ask another department to do anything and expect that it will be done.

Had a strange battery issue.
They tracked it down and fixed it while performing our standard maintenance. Surprised me by completing everything way ahead of scheduled time.
