I stopped by here for a new phone. I have been a cricket customer for years. I know how to change my own chip, just needed a new phone. The store was open, but only for about 5 more minutes apparently. (4 pm is not a typical closing time, but whatever) when I walked in, the girl behind the desk went to the back room and then returned a moment later with a big dude. I told them I needed a new phone. They said they couldn't (wouldn't) help me because their store was going to close in 4 minutes. They didn't ask for any details about my situation or try to help in any way. (Why have the store open until 4 if you are not going to help people when they come in before that time?) I left, went to Best Buy and spent $450 on a new phone. The process did take 7 minutes, so I guess I would have taken more time than the Cricket store offered.

Alex was a great help!! He set me up with an amazing phone and was so polite. I have never had a bad experience when I come in for my bill payments. The new girl is really friendly too. I recommend cricket to all of my friends.

Rude staff. There's just one person there that i have to say after all was very helpful and patient. But the other one was rude from the beginning. Not recommended.

Went in just to look around and left with a new upgrade ??♂️. Alex is by far the nicest guy, helped to transfer everything & I was out in under 15 minutes.Thanks again!!
