This hotel was great from checking in to checking out. Staff was friendly room was nice and clean comfortable beds safe parking nice pool and hot tub good breakfast. Our stay was good. Breakfast was open on time. There were many options to choose from. All but one of the front desk people were kind and easy to speak with. The rooms were larger than expected and very comfortable. The pool area was nice and towels are right by the pool. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Nice Hotel, pleasant staff easy location to I 75, Fazolis is a great option for food walking distance, as well as Speedway. Kentucky Horse Park is 15 minutes South, really nice Horse Park.Rooms: Room was clean, we rented a Suite, plenty of roomNearby activities: Lexington is SSafety: Felt very safeWalkability: Food locations walking distance especially after a 5,5 hr drive

Though we were on the first floor next to the fitness center, our room was fairly quiet, large and with a very comfortable bed. The room and the rest of the hotel felt clean and breakfast came with a reasonable variety of options. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good value for the price.My only gripes:The sofa cushions in our room had clearly seen better days. They were clean and unripped but very lumpy/not much support. Not sure what the sofa bed condition was as we didn't use it.The hot tub smelled a little funny--not moldy, but just odd.The shower water felt "sticky"--I wonder if the water softener needs to be adjusted.Overall, we would stay in this hotel again!

This Comfort Suites was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Rooms are quiet which helps when you are traveling with pets. The fact that my dog found no odors to tempt him speaks volumes!!!

The hotel was nice and all but the service here absolutely stunk. They charged my card at 4pm to make sure I was coming and then forced me the charge it again when we checked in at 630pm. That was followed up with a nothing I can do about it it will fall off in 3 to 5 business days. Won't be staying at a comfort suiets anymore.

It was great!! But there was this black lady who was kinda rude the whole time we where there. On the plus side, there was a few restaurants that where walking distance from the hotel ? And they had breakfast every morning to!!

We were so thrilled to find a place with both a pool and a hot tub! I was actually able to use the pool because it was a perfect temperature. Then when we saw the hot tub we were blown away! The “waterfalls” were SO therapeutic. The breakfast the next morning was hot and delicious with many choices. I’ve already recommended toys Hotel to my son! It was terrific!Noteworthy details: Amazing place-service was perfect!

We visited this hotel in June. There are restaurants and a gas station within walking distance. Maybe it’s because we visited in the summer and this is a college town, but we weren’t able to get an Uber ride. We tried three different times. The hotel lobby and pool were clean. The breakfast area could use a deep cleaning and furniture repair. Our room was clean but the mattress was sunken in the middle which made for two uncomfortable nights. The fridge wasn’t working upon check in but maintenance addressed it right away. My husband and I stayed here because it was a central location between several distilleries so the location was great for us other than lack of transportation and not much open late at night.

We enjoyed the quiet and comfort of our room. The motel was clean and very well maintained. We appreciated the quality and variety of the breakfast choices. The staff were friendly and always helpful.Rooms: The sofa sleeper adds comfort and flexibility to the room.Safety: I felt very safe in this area. The parking lot was well lighted.

Stayed here about 3 weeks ago. Room was very clean. The lady did an amazing job! (I believe her name was Molly) Front desk weren’t very friendly though. The owners seemed like they didn’t enjoy their jobRooms: Impressed with how clean the room was. The women who cleaned it did amazing!

Nice pool and hot tub, clean, comfortable room. Good selection of breakfast. Only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review was I thought the lady running the front desk on 2nd shift was a little rude. 3 out of 4 times I went to the desk to ask for something, she was outside smoking a cigarette. Not really a big deal, but it's the visible and audible *sigh* when she had to put out her cigarette to actually do her job. Just not really a good look. And then she was not very helpful either. Employ some better customer service-oriented people, and it would be 5 stars from me.

Room was nice & spacious! Clean!!!Not only do they have exercise room but their equipment actually works & was not broken or something else wrong! Kudos to them for their gym actually being open to use. No broken treadmill specifically. Last few hotels I have stayed in, their treadmills were all broken or didn't work properly. It was refreshing to actually be able to exercise on NICE, NOT BROKEN-DOWN equipment! Nice hotel overall!! Definitely recommend this one!!
