Did a phone order, so the guy fixing my car could just pick up the parts, instead of me driving to Georgetown. Staff was SO helpful and efficient. So grateful to encounter service staff that truly wants to be helpful and works to ensure customer satisfaction.

I went in about both brake and being afraid of the check engine light in my car and sounds I was hearing from my brakes. I know Autozone is not full service but thought they could check check engine lights etc…
The new store manager Josh helped me with diagnosing the engine with the OBD2 and explained things to me like I asked a I have a minimal knowledge of cars compared to what I want.
Learned it was an O2 sensor and he gave me a print out.
Top notch service and highly recommend!!!

Came in needing my battery tested and ended needing a new one Not knowing what all I was going to need. The gentleman behind the counter named Joshua C. came out tested and installed a new battery very professional and friendly. Very quick. Will come back for sure.

We are from out of town and our car broke down and the new store manager went out of his way to make sure there was a new alternator at the store first thing when they opened so we could get back on the road

The manager is rude, inconsiderate, and doesn’t treat customers right. I purchased two items last night that were brought in this morning but I continuously get a nope not here not seen it. Mark Kuhns is the worst thing to happen to this store. Stay far far away.

WORST STORE EXPERIANCE EVER!!! ZERO STARS!!!!

**I have 15 years of retail experience to back up this review.
DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME with the Store Manager Mark. He will not do a single thing to help.
I have not needed auto parts for my vehicle other than the occasional oil change and misc. other items to shop for, so in my mind all stores seem to carry the same items that I usually buy.
In this case I have some larger repairs to perform on my 10 year old truck and I thought in the interest of saving time i would doing some on-line shopping and place an order to be filled at this Georgetown location, with same day pick up. I was hopeful that the inventory at this location was current and that the order would be filled without any issues.
I am reasonable person and understand that the inventory might not be correct for some specific items for my vehicle. I would hope that the staff would do something help complete this order. Well--- This is where my first interaction with (The store Manager- Mark) took a turn for the WORST CUSTOMER CERVICE EVER!!!!
Details:
I got a notification on my Email that the "Order is ready for pickup". This to me sounds like everything is ready and waiting for my to verify my purchase. (WORNG)
Upon arriving to the Georgetown Store I looked for where I might need to go for on-line orders. The person who got off the counter to talk to me was nun other than Mark. I asked where do i go to pick up an online order, and the first words out of this man's mouth were, "I don't know if we have any of those items in stock".
He proceeds to go the get the ticket and "START" to get all the items that were said to be ready for pick up, with out another word said. Not A WORD.
At this point I gather that some other issues are causing Mark to behave in this manor, and I smile and just let it go.
After a while of gathering items and dropping them on a cart, I hear him speak for the first time. He said " we don't have this item in stock. Come over here (to the POS) to get a refund. With out a single word spoken to help me find this out of stock item, he proceeded to give me a refund.
My 1st words to Mark was, "is there another store that might have this item?" His one word answer was, "Lexington".
I asked, "okay, do you have a way to see if the other store has it in stock, and if so I can go there to pick it up?"
His replay was nothing short of, "NO" I can't do that.
at this point I became agitated and asked him again if he didn't mind to see if another store has it.
Now again, I have some background with Customer service. If the item in not in stock the very least you can do is "try" to locate the item and arrange some kind of pick-up.
His actions after this was again NOTHING Short of VERY POOR when he said I could call the other store to ask if it was in stock.
At this point I grabbed the items that I had purchased and said, Never mind Mark, I don't want any more of your help.
Now that you have read this, I know that people have bad days and not all stores are filled with this type of personality. I just hope that someone who see's this can bring the mater up to his boss so they know what kind of "Store Manager) they have in place at the Georgetown Ky Location.

Poor customer service the guy had no idea how the online store worked. I order parts online pick them up and found out that it was the wrong parts but one reason why is because AutoZone does not tell you if it's front or rear for your brakes and rotors. Fun fact though advance Auto actually list their parts if it's front or rear so I recommend if you're ordering online go to advance Auto not AutoZone

I was traveling.4 hours from homeand my car started having issues so I stopped at auto zone. The manager Markof the south broadway store was quick to help me and went way out of his way to make sure that I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. He tested my battery and alternator and we determined that the issue was the alternator. Come to find out the parts that were supposed to be for my vehicle were actually a different year. Mark was able to find the correct alternator . He loaned me the tools to fix it. Mark even jumped started my vehicle twice and offered a mechanic shop that they were comfortable with as an option to repair my vehicle. In the end, I repaired the vehicle in the parking lot and was on my way in about an hour. Can't say enough good things about Mark and his extraordinary effects to help a stranger far from home. Thank you Mark. Auto zone will be my first choice in the future. God was sure looking out for me when He sent to Mark
