Unreliable. Reserved a unit online, but on the day of check in no one was at the office so we couldn't move anything in. Called and left a voice mail. Received a call back and our reservation couldn't be found with the confirmation number and there weren't any climate control units available so we're left scambling to find a alternative place.
When you have timelines to coordinate for moving I would suggest looking at other storage businesses.

Got a U-Haul rental from here. Did an app reservation for 8 am. Get to the location and no way to get van!!!!! Called u haul and they were no help. After sending me all around town I ended up back here at 9:30 and I was fuming mad. Wasted almost 2 hours and one the phone with U-Haul which was no help. I believe the lady at American Storages name was Marcia but I'm not 100% sure. Explained to her what was happening, this lady had a calming effect and made a nightmare into a pleasant experience. Maybe the customer service people at U-Haul could learn from her. Such a sweet lady, thank you so much for your help and calm attitude!!!

LOVE this storage facility. The staff are absolutely stellar and always more than ready to assist with a smile on their face. Very well lit, triple secure with the gate, code to the building and then your own key to the unit. Absolutely spotless every single time I go in, temperature always regulated perfectly. I would highly recommend for your peace of mind with your belongings

I talked to a employee Courtney, over the phone and she was super nice and willing to answer 25 questions from a stranger about storage in Georgetown. I reserved a unit from her with no problems. .

This has to be the most beautiful storage facility in Georgetown. I've had so many storage units and none come close to this one. And the girl at the front desk made me feel welcome an was so helpful! I feel so safe with leaving my stuff at this storage unit cause the security is great! I would recommend this to anyone in Georgetown or Lexington that's looking for a unit 10/10!!!

I would recommend American mini Storage to anyone. This location off Paris pike is extremely clean inside and out. The office manager is so kind, and answered all of my questions. She was very courteous and made me feel comfortable about the whole process and explained everything very well. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great secure place to store your stuff. I've used this facility for almost 6 months and haven't had an issue. They'll send out reminders or give you a courtesy call when rent it due or past due. The staff I've talked with have been great!

This is a great place to store your stuff the staff is great especially Keith who helped me move my washer and dryer and TVs into my uhaul I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit you use American Mini Storage on Paris Pike in Georgetown KY 40324

I scheduled a storage unit a month before then confirmed the day before and no one was there upon my arrival. I was left with paying movers to sit and wait while I called several times. No one ever got back to me until I called to cancel that Tuesday. No real reasoning just wasn't there. Awful business if you aren't there during your business hours.
