The new guy that is now working in the evening, when normally it would be the lady that is amazing, is HORRIBLE at customer service!!!!! He won't get off his phone: not even to look at the customers that are pocketing drinks out of the cooler! He will barely get out of his cozy seat and off his phone to even ring us up!!
