“I normally only leave reviews when I am angry with a company but I was so grateful for the service I was given I felt this was the least I could do. Long story short I was receiving a package from another country via DHL and it was forwarded to USPS for delivery. When I got my delivery notification it showed my package had been delivered in South Fulton Tennessee and I live in Mississippi, so I knew a mistake had been made. DHL just completely botched this shipment and put someone else’s label on my package. DHL was unhelpful and was not able to offer me any assistance when it was their mistake. I was able to get in contact with the local USPS Post Master for the South Fulton area and he seriously went above and beyond. He knew this was DHL’s mistake but he still personally drove to the address to attempt to retrieve my package. This situation has completely restored my faith in the USPS Postal Service. It makes me feel so much better before I ship a package with a company to know that if something does happen that there are people out there who will actually assist you in finding your package instead of just passing you on to the next person. I offered the person who assisted me a $100 tip for being so helpful and he would not accept anything. I have never received so much help from a company before and was completely blown away by the amazing service I was given by USPS. Please give a huge thank you from me to the man who assisted me, I believe his name was Mark.”
