I know the post office is a busy place but that's no excuse for the bad service. I'm going to stop ordering things online because I do not receive them. This is the fourth time I have not received my package. It says it has been delivered, but I didn't receive it. It was medicine for my daughter. This is ridiculous. Never had this problem until we got a new carrier. The gentleman that was delivering it was so much better than the woman who does it now.

They don't answer their phones. I don't just call the post office for the fun of it. I always need information. I gave it 1 star because I always do. They defiantly don't care.?

If I could give this place and it’s staff a 0 I would. Whoever is my mail man stop shoving my mail in the mailbox. If it all doesn’t fit simply knock on the door and hand it to me. All my mail comes either folded or torn. This is ridiculous

If I could give zero I would. I’ve lived in 2 different locations and my mail carrier always struggles to deliver my packages to the correct address. Where I am now is even worse!

First I would like to say thank you to all of you that are doing your job well and for taken the risk of handling all the different kind if mail from only God knows who but for the postal service over on High Street I have never been so sappointed in our postal service that we have right now in my life time! I'm always getting somebody else's mail instead of my own I have ordered stuff from 3 months ago and the tracking numbers says it's been here for the last 3 weeks still no packages and I received my insurance policies today and the end of the envelope was open and soak and wet the sun is shinning and it's 89 degrees outside! What on earth has happened to our postal service?? Use to get my mail at 3:00 like clock work now I'm getting it at 6 or 7:00 in the evenings! Doesn't do any good to report it cause it still has not gotten any better if anything it's gotten worse! I never know who is delivering our mail it's a different mail carrier everyday!

We had the satellite company out installing service and instead of the mail carrier bringing our package to the door they placed my package and our mail IN THE SATELLITE COMPANY VAN that was parked in our driveway!! Who does that?!?!

Delivery drivers will leave your package 6 feet in front of your door to get rained on and not even knock. And trying to get someone's attention in the building is hopeless too.
