Friendly staff. Unfortunately the 2 times I've used the drive up window it has taken the staff a long time to fulfill my order. Again very friendly and apologetic. Just wouldn't go of I was in a hurry.

The people are rude at this location. I had a female whom ran our insurance wrong and when i politely informed her of this she was very rude. I ended up having to go to the bowling green location to have them compound my sons script and run our insurance properly. They have lost our buisness for sure.

The customer service at Sheldon's is excellent. The only reason I am no longer able to use Sheldon's Pharmacy is their hours of operations. All locations are closed on the weekends. The problem is I prefer to keep all scripts with same pharmacy. I cannot do this, because if i have an emergency on the weekend there is no way to get the script I need. It is not a good pharmacy if you have emergencies or sudden life changes that require a weekend pickup. I really prefer to keep my business local and avoid using large chains, but the hours of operation is a major factor in my decision on pharmacies.

I understand waiting 30 days to get your scripts filled, but dont understand not counting the day that they are filled. Disabled in a wheelchair and now have to suffer without my medication for a whole day. This policy should be modified.

The people are rude I'm over here working until I can find me a job where I'm from bc COVID-19 made me look elsewhere 4 employment. They filled my scripts for 1 time and won't fill it again I've got to find another pharmacy I've never in my life seen a pharmacy like this 1. Just remember in the end u will b judged for judging me. If I cud give no stars I wud.

Love this place. The staff goes out of their way and never have an attitude problem. So glad Melissa no longer works here and I can come here without being disrespected by a woman who just got out of rehab for addiction. Kudos for letting that one go!
