Bought an alternator from these Guys a couple months back, Went out on me and brought it back in to have it changed out because it has a lifetime warranty lol what a joke. Claim they couldn't find my Number in the system in that the alternator did not come from them. So much for a lifetime warranty. Also, Charlotte was a jerk

I called the store for an item and was told it was in stock and I could get it that day. I went to the store and walked up to the person who had manager on his shirt. When I told him what I was there for he just said “no” meaning he didn’t have the item I was told on the phone was at the store. I asked him if he carried the item and again a “no” response. He never offered to help me in anyway by asking the other employee if he was the one who told me to come pick up the item nor did he offer to check and see if he could get me the item from another store nor in anyway did he try to help me. The item he told me they didn’t carry was a 6 volt battery. My understanding from other stores is that is a item that O’Rileys sells. I will avoid shopping at this store from now on.

My headlight went out today so I stopped by to buy a new one. No biggie, I've changed it out before but accidentally bought the high beam bulb instead of the low beam. I got out of my car, popped my hood, and was double checking which bulb it was. A gentleman named Jody asked if we needed help. He came over and got my bulb out for me, which was super nice because I probably would have pulled up a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it right. He pulled the bulb out even though he was off the clock! Elisha helped me inside the store and got my replacement bulb for me. Both guys were super helpful and knowledgeable! Whole event took me 10 minutes tops, really appreciate the great customer service!

The employee behind the counter, definitely believed in doing the least he could do. I went in for windshield washer fluid. Grabbed it and went to the counter to checkout. The only person there was a dude sitting on a stool working on a computer at the far end. He said “I get you”. I wondered if he would get up and come, but no, he just sat there. So I asked if he meant at that computer? He said “yeah, I get you”. I went down and set the fluid on the counter and proceeded to get cash out. The guy said “ turn it around so I can scan it”. At this point, I wondered why O’Reilly’s didn’t just have self checkout. I turned the jug. He scanned it. Then I proceeded to hand him my cash. But wait…..I didn’t reach it far enough!!!! Dude sat there with his meat hook out 5 inches from his belly just waiting for me to drop my offering in! Trying not to engage my inner Richard Simmons persona, I gave Albert the cash….walked out whistling the theme song to “Stayin’ Alive”.Bottom line- go to NAPA.
