A good place to work that is filled with terrible people. People were constantly negative and overworked by the company. Group leaders would constantly take shortcuts and not fix machines properly. They would give easier jobs to people that sucked up to group leaders and let the hard workers suffer because they know they would actually do harder jobs. The women on 3rd shift assembly would scream things out and constantly gossip and then act like they were completely normal.

Fast unload. Friendly staff. They didn't say anything about me parking on the side of their shipping/receiving driveway. I'm not saying they allow it, but if you have to park here, they probably won't say anything.

I have worked at NMMI for 14 years, I started in the bending department, then went to the paint department as a shot peen op1, then was an Assembly Leader, now have been the Assembly Tooling Tech for 5 years. There is opportunity to move up, you just have to do your job, and good attendance never hurts.

I have been employed at nmmi for 4 years I highly recommend. Yes it's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The work is not hard and management is fair to all employees. Come join our family at NHK-NMMI!!!

This is one sorry place to work.......they fire people over word of mouth with out looking into the situation fully....if i was anyone else i would stay away from this place. ...they care more about what the plant looks like then there own employees. ....
