DISRESPECTFUL!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! UNSANITARY!! STRIGHT OUT RUDE!!! The BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEED TO INVESTIGATE THIS PLACE!!! FRANKLIN, KY DESERVES BETTER THAN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS IN OUR SMALL-TOWN, FRIENDLY COMMUNITY!!! I'VE HAD IT WITH THIS PLACE!!! (USUALLY AT NIGHT IS WHEN I HAVE TO STOP IN BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY GAS STATION OPEN AFTER 11:30) THE SERVICE IS ALWAY TERRIBLE. PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE.

I went in to get a drink from working in the heat and this old lady is mopping the floor as I walk-in, giving me dirty looks telling me where not to walk and then starts yelling in her language and being rude from what I could tell. She’s bad for the business seems like.

Looks abandoned. I’m somebody who seeks out the cheapest gas in the area, and while passing through on a road trip I found myself here. There were no cars in the lot. I didn’t feel comfortable, so instead drove an extra mile to the second cheapest gas in the area.

Horrible place! It’s absolutely filthy!!! The lady who works there is the rudest person I have ever encountered my dad was looking under the hood of the car she came out screaming at him. We had no idea what she was saying then she began screaming telling us to leave we were so confused what was even going on.

Not only the worst business I have ever stepped foot in, it also is run by the most hate filled awful person I have ever met. Last time I stopped in there they came out screaming top volume at me because I parked to close to the store or something. Needless to say I didnt go in and never will again. Spend your money at a business that deserves it and stop being part of the problem! This place is the worst and needs shut down!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pumps are not reading correctly to what's pumping. Numbers were moving at pump start and no gas was flowing. I attempted to advise Arab clerk who verbally accosted me and several other customers who all left. She stated "I hate Americans and wish you all die" STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRORIST OWNED GAS STATION.
