Today (5/29/24) I needed help with a couple things at the Lowe's location in Franklin, KY. The gentleman's name was Eugene, and he was extremely knowledgeable about everything I needed, and took his time to really explain things in a way that was easy to retain. Had a great conversation with this gentleman.
I am a District MGR with multiple Store locations I look over. If possible, I would like to request that the Upper Mgmt at this location, please share my appreciation for Eugene's Help & Kindness while doing so. I don't think I've ever been more pleased, so much so, that, I forgot that just spent over $200+ ha ha.

First of all I LOVE getting my hardware and tools from Lowe's!
Now for the bad: I rented pressure washer from them. And the pressure washer was not maintained properly. The first one leaked on the high pressure side of the connector because the o-ring was busted. They gladly switched out the pressure washer for another one ?. I got the second one home and hooked it up and it worked fine ?. I took a little break, from a long day after hooking it up and checking it out, then I went back after about 30 minutes and hooked it up and pushed the power button... And it hummed. So I reset the electric plug and I tried again. Only to hear a hum. I called the store. They refunded my money. But I did not get my project done ?. All in all after going back and forth 3 hours had passed ?. My afternoon was shot. And I found out that the person performing the maintenance thought that they were okay and didn't maintain them properly. So, the bottom line is beware of rentals from Lowe's.!!!

I have had windows replaced w/installation, & bought a 0 Turn Mower today! This is all due to some AWESOME sales associates, customer service, & competitive prices. This location has the BEST customer service around, provided in part by Kaleb ?, Terry Johnson, Allan DeWitt, & John Regan! Associates here actually approach customers asking if assistance is needed! This is VERY rare today! I have worked in Sales/Customer Service for 50 years. Usually other associates in other stores dart in the other direction when they see someone who MAY need assistance. The Lowe's associates at Franklin, Ky have evidently had some fantastic training & are to be commended! The same can be stated about store manager, David Hubarth as well! Thanks for helping to make my day a pleasant one!
Again today - 5/20/24, I had a newly purchased 0 Turn Aires Lawn Mower delivered to my home! As always, with Lowe's in Franklin, Ky, I was thrilled to experience the same fantastic customer service displayed in the store! "SHANE," the delivery guy, greeted me with a nice big smile! Completed his task & exited with the same big beautiful smile! Made my day! Thank you, Lowes for hiring & training the BEST!

I have recently made two purchases at this store both of them were unpleasant because the employees did not understand the products or made mistakes during checkout I got a totally different washer than I ordered. I wanted one with an agitator and I got one without. Then I ordered a Larson storm door. It had the screen and the glass clamped into one piece when it arrived you had to pry the screen off to get the screen out and now the glass won't stay in. It is a horrible product..... duct tape doesn't even work. The employees on both products were dum dum dum
