This was our first time receiving a mobile service call from Greenwood Ford. This was very convenient but of course can only be done in certain situations. Ours was a recall which only required a reprogram for the BCM. The technicians contacted my wife about 30 minutes before showing up. Was professional and polite when they arrived and preformed their work in a timely manner. We used Greenwood ford before and as always we had no issues.

I will say so far my car has been a good used vehicle HOWEVER the sales manger was shadey from the beginning. Typically sales man flip me to something I knew was out of the price range that I wanted to pay. He kept reassuring me that it was in the area maybe a little over what I came to look at. After running my credit bam the car was double the price of what I wanted to be. (Could I afford it yes did I want to run my credit for something so much no! And I made that clear) after much debt I agreed to get it mainly bc I didn't want to run my credit again somewhere else. They submitted my credit to 4 places I asked them to limit to 2. One was denied solely bc they put the car more than it was worth - found out later when the letters came in the mail. Today the care coverage told me this DEALER ship is red flagged and not selling the warranty packages accordingly and basically just collecting there fee the get from selling. Said they need to refund the policy and issue the correct one. (Would be refunded to how my car payment is made -back to my bank and then the new policy can be set up on payments or take the money refunded and pay down/off) from the first oil change I tried to get I knew something wasn't right bc my maintenance package they said did not include oil changes. I've never bought a warranty that the oil changes wasn't included to insure people don't mess up the car or have a valid reason for not making the repairs when the customer doesn't follow the oil change requirements. And whatever tire package coverage they offer is nothing, you would get better coverage on buying tires from anywhere else! I would not recommend buying anything from the front because they will lie and have the team in the back dumbfounded when you tell them what was told was included. The team in the back was as helpful as they could be.
