My son was able to find quality shoes to replace his discount store cheapo brand. He's had Sketchers in the past, and that's what he chose. They usually hold up well.This is a small family owned store, and the staff there are very helpful. We found it to be alot less overwhelming (less noise and less people) than going to a larger store, for my son with sensory issues. It worked out well! We bought nice shoes and helped a small town store. ?

Store hours Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and I see no one in sight in the store is locked up like a drum!! Drove 25 minutes away to have showed up to close store that should be open not very good customer service to start with!!!!!!

Only customer in the store at the time I was there and received no assistance from the 2 employees there. They were to busy talking and on their phones. So after about 15 minutes of trying to find some work boots I gave up and left empty handed and no intention of returning

I have shopped at Hayes Shoes ever since I can remember. My first pair of shoes was bought at the Bowling Green location. Very good selection of shoes and they are fabulous. I recommend everyone to check out this store. Friendly staff. You will have my business forever. Thanks Hayes shoes

Nice employees and the owner’s daughter (store manager) was friendly from the time I stepped into the store , so was the new employee that was in store also. Was pretty helpful with my choice and I enjoyed the conversation about the lovely plants that line the front on the store. Worth a drive up and a good place to pick a pair on shoes, boots and a jacket or pair on socks. Plenty of name brands to choose from.

They have the largest selection of factory and work boots in franklin and Portland! The staff is super nice and their kitten is the cutest I definitely will be a loyal customer as long as they are open!
