My in-law wasted money buying a gift certificate only to a woman who wouldn't get back with her client about a face treatment. The woman Laura said she had a problem with the micro needle cord and had to order one. She never got back to her client who was waiting on her to let her know when it would arrive. She ended up waiting to decide what else to get done because the real thing she wanted was a face treatment and not her hair or something done. The year was almost up and she was about to just go through with a hair treatment or nails for her vacation. But that's when COVID- pandemic hit. Then the gift certificate expired. She hasn't called to complain because she truely feels this wouldn't have happend had the facial treatment lady would have just reached out to the client like a buisiness person should, and not the other way around. $100.00 lost and the main reason she feels like it's a big deal is because the woman Laura knew that it was a gift certificate because the client told her in excitement over the phone while discussing the face treatment. But since it was already paid for so she felt like Laura didn't care since the money was already placed in the salon. Just saying that's $100.00 and can't get that back thanks a lot.

All the staff are absolutely amazing! Kari has done my hair for more than 20 years and I love her! I just sit in the chair and she does her thing. I also go there for massages from Ashley and Lara takes amazing care of my skin!

I love going to Harris &Company Salon.They are all nice and it's got perfect areas for the different services they provide. The girl that does my hair is Amy and she always does a great job on my hair each and every time.....So very happy she was recommended to me!!!!
