My fiancé opened his account there a few months ago. The lady that we talked to told us that there wasn’t a minimum on the savings account and a $300 minimum for checking. We have continued being charged and couldn’t figure out why. When we would call to ask they would just say “you will have to come in.” We don’t have time to come in while they’re open. Maybe have your people know what they are saying when opening accounts with new customers.

I've had a bank account with them for a month and it has been a terrible experience. The debit card took too long to get here and they never even sent me a PIN number for it and when I went in to set one up she acted like we did but I can't use an atm because I don't have the right PIN number and I can't change it because they never sent the original. My transactions are all pending which is causing things I order online not to ship because the payment won't go through. My advice is to go next door to Franklin bank which is what I'll be doing as soon as it opens Monday
